Best doughnuts in town. I love them and is a must for my kids, every time we go to Barcelona. They have so many kinds and different shapes : boys, girls, snowmen and they also have cronuts!

I've had the Worst cheesecake Of my life at Boldú. It tasted so bad I couldn't finish the half of the dessert. It surprised me because I've tried the doughnut and they are really good, stick to them!

Very chic bakery with delicious specialty donuts. The boldaman's are cute--very rich, so one is plenty. Coffee is wonderful too.

We were walking in one of the streets in the Il Borne district in Barcelona, off the Rambla, when we stumbled into this bakery. Il Borne is an absolutely lovely place to visit and is a must see. They had arranged their lovely pastries in a most artistic and inviting display, something that we have never seen anywhere lose.neither of... More

We were staying near here and had looked through the window at the cakes etc. My son lives in Barcelona and met us one evening with Boldu doughnut men! I had looked at these and imagined them to be typical dry, over sweetened things you might get at home - I was so wrong! They are amazing - a must... More

The best donuts I've ever had. Simple, light and inventive selection close to the Passeig de Gracia. A must try. Fresh bread and sandwiches smelt beautiful too.

We stumbled into this place just walking around. OH. MY. GOODNESS. The pastries in this place are SO good. We were so pleased with this place, we bought a dozen donuts and took them home to Atlanta.

Staying in Eixample

Neighborhood Profile
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognizable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognized architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
