Food and service were fantastic. I was so excited to be able to order food I knew was safe to eat and I wasn't disappointed. It was sooooooo good! My boyfriend even said it was the best meal of our 4 day stay and he's not even vegetarian. A must visit place for those who need a vegetarian or vegan... More

I used to go to this restaurant when I lived in Barcelona and went back on a recent visit. The food is truly delicious and flavoursome. The wines are also excellent and the staff very friendly. The portions are quite small but this means you can try lots of dishes. Not the cheapest way to enjoy vegetarian food in Barcelona... More

This is such a great restaurant in every way...the food is always excellent, with perfect ingredientes (much of it comes from their own gardens- interesting, tasty and very healthy dishes.... the owners are wine-experts, so the selection fantastic...and they are very sincere and dedicated to their work....it is also beautifully designed, so you don't have to sacrifice style for healthy... Although about 75% of dishes are vegan as they contain no cheese, I asked about rennet in their cheeses. The waitress came back with news that only their parmesan (surprisingly) did not contain animal rennet. All the others do. My partner and I feel that this is inexcusable for an expensive restaurant that claims to be vegetarian. We left without... More

We came across this restaurant in the Gothic quarter whilst exploring and checked the reviews on trip advisor and thought we would give it a try. I am not normally drawn to vegetarian cuisine, but given the reviews and good lunchtime price we thought we would give it a go. It was a quirky restaurant that filled to capacity quickly.... More

Me and my friend who visited Barcelona are vegetarians and we ended up eating in Rasoterra twice during our stay. It was incredible. Everything we ate from starters to desserts were incredible. I really recommend it for everyone. Staff was friendly and atmosphere relaxed. The food was also affordable and you get 3-course-meal. Eat here!

We have eaten here several times over the years and Rasoterra always charms and impresses. Having a new chef and so a whole new card has served to reignite the flame! We ate here last night with two of our grown up children and partner, none vegetarian. Most of the dishes we had were vegan. Instead of starters and mains... More

Good food but quite straightforward and bit expensive for what you get. Good thing is they have Orval but the waiter doesn't know ;)

Dear bartm582, it's a real shame you didn't enjoy our food as much you did enjoy our Orval beer! (our waiter might have forgotten for a moment that we do have Orval but fortunately enough it's on our drink list). Back to food: we prepare each dish with fresh and local ingredients and with a lot of love and we... More

Loved this place not just for its vegan variety but also for its eco-friendly, sustainable approach to food. Everything is locally harvested and they list out what the distance is within which the ingredients come from. They also have vegan/ bio-dynamic wine options.
