Lovely environment and tasty tapas. Specially the salad with burrata was great. Pimientos de padron always must when visiting here.

Near the Barceloneta away from the crowds set in a typical square. Fried artichokes and asparagus great. Lamb small but tasty, mushroom lasagna with truffle oil rich and filling. Very disappointing canalone, tasty but one portion would have been a starter not a main. Service...More

The venue is located in a cute little square in Barceloneta. Try to find a place in the outdoor section as its more lively. The service was good and the food was very tasty with a large and interesting variety to choose from.

Well, I read the reviews and expected those negative ones was just because people was unfamiliar with the Spanish style which I love. But I have to say Service really really sloppy; happend in high speed - so far so good - yet my main...More

Very epoque decirated restaurant, simple but agreeable. Easy going restaurant to have some tapas and nice courses without any pretension. Nice food at a reasonable price even though I think one could pay a little bit less. Located in the Barceloneta neighborhood close to the...More

After reading on a few different food blogs about L'ostia we were very excited. Upon arrival we were sceptical of the tourist trap signs (within a popular square, menu style outside and look of the outdoor seating), but it definitely isn't. The tapas there was...More

After stumbling around trying to decide where to get breakfast, it was after eleven when we came, completely by chance, across L'Ostia. The place was empty when we went in, but it was spotlessly clean and very early, so we didn't worry about the lack...More

This is a must go to in Barcelona. We have tried loads of restaurants between local, traditional and fine dinning, and y far L'Ostia was the best among all. We have ordered the Bravas Potatos, grilled octopus, risotto and the ox tail stew (plus olives...More

Originally a fisherman’s quarter, this quaint area
can’t escape its small village feel: laundry hanging
over the narrow streets, old ladies clamoring at each
other from their balconies and elder gentlemen playing
games on short wooden benches gossiping the day away,
Barceloneta could double as a film set. Artists line
the boardwalk displaying their magnificently detailed
sand structures making this the most visited beach in
