Anniversary dinner

Lovely place and a proper restaurant. My wife had paella which she loved and I opted for a pork cutlet with cheese and ham (don't like fish). Mine was ok but it is obvious that the star was the paella which was amazing. Excellent service. Sat in a window seat and people watched. Good value as... read more

Whilst decor, ambience and staff were great, what really counts is quality of food, and this was very disappointing. I ordered chicken paella and was told it would be 30 mins, which is reasonable, but the wait was not worth it at all. There was more bone and gristle than chicken on the plate, and even the paella itself was... More

The food tasted delicious and the staff were friendly, but my partner is now very ill with food poisoning after eating the baked sea bass. We are only visiting Barcelona for a few days and we will now be spending most of that in the hotel recovering.

I went here by myself on a Saturday afternoon. I decided to treat myself to a full meal after eating tapas around Barcelona the past 3 days. The onion soup was delicious. When it came at first I was a little disappointed because it didn't have crusted cheese on the top like I have always had before. But then I... More

We stayed close to La Rambla in Barcelona. As we were close to the sea we looked for a seafood restaurant. We found the perfect place for us at Restaurante Ferran. The staff were very pleasant and provided good service. The chef was able to cater for my wife's dietary requirements as she is gluten and fructose intolerant. We had... More

This restaurant is worth a visit. Its a little of the beaten track and full of locals, Always a good sign It appears to be sited in an old wine cellar. The high ceilings make it light and airy. The staff are bright, helpful and knowledgeable about the menu and the wine. The menu is packed with authentic, modern, very... More

Went in to this restaurant as it describes itself as Spanish specialist and I was hoping to get a delicious paella on our last night in Barcelona. I was sorely disappointed, firstly the red wine was corked and left a nasty aftertaste, I sent it back as it was undrinkable and got a Cava instead which was, at least, drinkable.... More

They have a great looking interior good chef (girona steak mouthwatering ) but restaurant staff don't know what means good manners. We could not find time to finish our meal because they still offered something new for us beer, tea, coffee not once but few times. Good food but don't want back.

The restaurant appeared to be very quiet for lunch, despite its location in a side street immediately off the famous Ramblas area of Barcelona. The restaurant is expensively appointed with lots of rich, dark wood but te menu is somehwat limited in choice. Having said that, the food was tasty and reasonably priced, given its location in the centre of... More

The restaurant is excellent and very nice to dine at with business guests. We decided to have tapas. The quality of food was very good. Was it excellent... Almost but I would day very good. At the end they brought us a complementary shot that was a nice gesture. Overall nice dining experience.
