Fantastic food. Everyone in our group was pleased with their order. The margaritas were outstanding!

I'm not sure how this place got its ratings but I am not a fan. The enchiladas were disgusting and the tacos were below average. The pico was ok. This place was way overpriced for the quality but i wouldn't pay 2 euros for it.

After a week of British food followed by a week of Spanish food, I was in desparate need of some chops and salsa. Being from Denver we eat our version of Mexican once a week and I was going into withdrawal. Las Mananitas was the perfect antidote with good margaritas and tasty salsa. It is a charming family run business... More

Very good food and very friendly service!!! My family and I went to find a Mexican restaurant and this happened to be close to where we were staying. Food was very good and margaritas were very strong (but delicious)!!! I had chicken tacos, while my mom had a burrito. The rest of the family had tacos too. Very good and... More

So bad. Not recommended at all. The food is tastless and extremaly oily. I got squidgy tacos floating in oil. Tried the one of my husband, the same. Bland meals. Service slow and not nice. We just like the decor at the place.

This restaurant is 2 blocks away from Monumental. Its a small yet cosy mexican restaurant. The waiters are welcoming and really friendly. We are vegetarian and they accommodated for us and they can make most dishes vegetarian anyway. We ordered Nachos for starters. The thing is being a genuine mexican restaurant, one would expect the nachos to come with sour... More

On our first night in Barcelona we ate at Las Mananitas which was very close to our hotel. We decided to visit here because of good reviews on tripadvisor and weren't disappointed. There was a good selection on the menu. The tacos were tasty and I'd definitely recommend the margaritas. You only need one! :)

Staying in Eixample

Neighborhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognizable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognized architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
