Visited Barcelona 15th-18th April (2017) and popped in for a cheeky one on first day before visiting the sites. Landed up being homing pigeons as we just kept coming back. The governors Garrett, wife Ursula, barman Fionn (apologies if I haven't spelt correctly) and all the bar staff were lovely and friendly. Bar was immaculately clean and will be back... More

Fab staff, great value on drinks, very receptive & welcoming to our children. Met friends for two drinks one evening. Kids were delighted with packet of tayto too!! Definitely worth a visit, would imagine it's a super spot to watch a gaa championship match or any match/tournament.

Brilliant bar. Lovely staff. Amazing surroundings. And the atmosphere is just great. Loved the feel of the place. Great for meeting people or for a quiet drink or to watch a game of footy. A great all rounder.

First day of visit to Barcelona, very wet, managed to find Scobies, great pub with very friendly staff, liked it so much we found it again and again. Would recommend this to anyone. Didn't eat here so unsure if they serve food.

Very nice irish pub proprietors are from kerry. Nice and friendly, good guiness, very popular, could not get in on st patricks day, but enjoyed having a drink and chat with them.

The barman and the owner were very proffesional and friendly. A lot cleaner than some of the pubs we found on the Ramblas. Not sure if they do food as we visited for drinks only. We shall visit again.

Good staff and a really friendly bloke behind the bar when we went in, it was busier than we expected but no one in there was left without a seat! Would recommend for a drink on your trip definitely!

Spent a couple of evenings in here with water and brothers and met many people from all around the world. Staying in El Raval

Neighborhood Profile
El Raval
Once a downtrodden corner of downtown Barcelona, this gritty area has seen a cultural resurgence boasting an excellent nightlife and one of the most multi ethnic spots in the entire city. A sense of humble authenticity protrudes from the many independent record stores, second hand shops, and student bars that seem to light up the streets day and night. The rocking epicenter, the MACBA Plaça, is a modern day forum for bohemian youth, abuzz with the sights and sounds of late-night gatherings and talented skateboarders showing off their latest tricks.
