This was my 2nd time at Santa Gula, and would go back again. We were 6 people and ordered dishes to share. Lots of interesting flavour combos. Love the zucchini carpacio! My teenage boys were big fans of the potato bravas, but there are more exciting things on the menu. This is a lovely neighbourhood restaurant, and the staff were... More

Booked this as it had great trip advisor reviews. It didn't disappoint. Lovely little restaurant 8 euro taxi ride from Las ramblas. Great menu selection; great service but most of all, fantastic food . Best food we had all holiday, and we had some great meals whilst on our weeks holiday there. Book before though, it's only small and intimate.... More

We went there 6 people and ordered first courses to share, 1 main course each and 1 dessert each (more or less). I must say the food was very good, in general despite a few things that were not that well managed like the bravas. But the service was terribly slow, they brought the pa amb tomàquet when we had... The cheesecake! I'm an adult, I can describe the dessert first. The cheesecake melts in your mouth, hands down the best cheesecake I've ever tasted. The pasta, the steak, each starter. Everything is so good. The wine list is extensive and well rounded. I would fly to Barcelona just to have dinner at Santa Gula. It is THAT good.

Best meal we had in Barcelona. The restaurant is small but don't judge on that, as the food is fantastic. So much taste in every dish. They also make a great Aperol Spritz. Definitely recommend this restaurant near the Gracia / Diagonal area.

We visited SantaGula on a recommendation from friends and good TA ratings. Very responsive while booking. They accommodated 8 of us which was not ideal given small size. They communicated by phone and email. Ordering was a bit disappointing with a few of star dishes not available. Wine list was short and lacked a few choices on medium range for... More

Very delicious. Love the cod and apple. Fresh with interesting texture. The tuna tetaki was very good too. Pork feet very unique. Certainly worth a try. Best for casual dinner dining with couple, family or friends

We ate here on our first night in Barcelona, we booked online using TripAdvisor. Staff were friendly and welcoming and spoke good English. They have a varied menu and all our options were well received and we all finished our plates. Only complaint was my portion size for the suckling pig was a little small and I thought could have... Staying in Gracia

Neighborhood Profile
Gracia literally stands out from the pack. It used to be an independent town until late into the 19th century. Though it’s just a short commute away from the center, a visit here feels like you’re in a whole different city. The bohemian vibe has drawn many international artists to this area, resulting in a wide selection of galleries, live music and artsy boutique stores. The nightlife is centered around the vibrant Gracia’s plaças, where young and old gather to enjoy a drink outside. Carrer de Verdi, its main street, offers affordable restaurants and a movie theater that screens new as well as classic films in their original language. However Gracia's greatest treasure lies just up the hill at Guell Park, where Antoni Gaudi's vibrant and revolutionary art sculptures stand atop unequaled views of Barcelona.
