Poor quality and pricy. Difficult to mention one thing that was good. For a small mutton curry, a naan and plain rice I spent 20 euro. Not worthy.

Four of us chose Himalaya on the basis of some reviews here and were sorely disappointed. The place was empty at 9pm on a Sunday night, yet the waiter took ages to take our order. We chose a white and a red wine, but he kept coming back with alternatives. I stated that I'm vegetarian - in Spanish as well... More

The plan was to have a dinner with friends. Apart from the strong smell and terrible heat inside the restaurant everything looked quite normal so far. The owner tried to attend us but was hardly able to walk or even talk since he was completely drunk. There was no way of communicating with him in whatsoever language. Still, we wanted... More

Wonderful service, great Indian and Nepalese food. A hot sauce that took me on journey causing me to forget the company and start dipping frantically! Puspa, our waiter, couldn't do enough for us. I will most definitely return!

We went here while on a mini-break in Barcelona as we were craving a curry. It's nice, probably on the upper end of the "standard uk high street curry" scale. We had a Madras dish that we asked to be "medium spicy", and it wasn't spicy at all. But it was nice. The bill was 60 euros for two people,... More

Wonderful Indian food. I visited twice and both times I enjoyed delicious food and warm hospitality. A great experience. Definitely worth a try

Staying in Eixample

Neighborhood Profile
Eixample
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognizable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognized architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
