Great food, ordered a variety of starters and main dishes which were spot on each of the 4 times we went. Good value for money considering it was in city centre and In a busy location. The staff were polite and pleasant and we was well looked after by them selves. Food was served to us in a good time... More

Living in the US means that you miss good Indian restaurants. Our regular trips to the UK helps us get our fill of great Indian food. In Barcelona, and thought we would give it a try. We ordered three very different dishes, lamb jalfreizi, chicken buhna and vegetarian korma, . Every dish was very distinctly different, and all were excellent.... More

The best Pakistani/Indian halal restaurant I found close to where we stayed in La Rambles. The service was not pushy ! The food tasted freshly prepared and not re-heated (as was experienced elsewhere). The prices were reasonably cheap for location. The restaurant was clean & fresh though a little tacky in decor.

We were approached on the street and taken to this hotel just off La Rambla. First impressions weren't amazingly impressive but we gave it the benefit of the doubt. So glad we did! My friend ordered the seafood paella and I had a kebab. The paella looked watery but my friend insists it was full of flavour and was one... More

Spicy lamb briyani is a must-have if you're into fiery, hot stuff. We wiped our plates clean! It was that good. Reasonably-priced too.

We just randomly walked into this restaurant as we were craving for karak (brewed) chai/tea. This was the best decision as the chai was made fresh to order and the best ive ever had outside of Dubai or Pakistan. Must visit if u are in barcelona and just crave some chai and pakodas when the weather is rainy.

A wide selection of Pakistani dishes in Rambla street if you in Barcelona, prices are ok and the service is adequate, staff speak Punjabi / Urdu and can adjust to suit your taste, also try their masala chai. This place could be much better with a bit of refurbishment which would increase the appeal of the restaurant.

Staying in El Raval

Neighborhood Profile
El Raval
Once a downtrodden corner of downtown Barcelona, this gritty area has seen a cultural resurgence boasting an excellent nightlife and one of the most multi ethnic spots in the entire city. A sense of humble authenticity protrudes from the many independent record stores, second hand shops, and student bars that seem to light up the streets day and night. The rocking epicenter, the MACBA Plaça, is a modern day forum for bohemian youth, abuzz with the sights and sounds of late-night gatherings and talented skateboarders showing off their latest tricks.
