Very very good food, best in Barcelona. Also very nice staff. Try the oysters, they are to die for. We come here everytime we are in Barcelona

This was a nice find for dinner. It was a great mix of flavors and style. We sat above the bar and really enjoyed the view and vibes.

The restaurant is down an ally way but once we got there we were blown away by the quirkiness of the restaurant, the super friendly staff and the amazing food (and wine). I totally get why this restaurant has amazing reviews! It was delicious! My...advice is to make a reservation because it was packed on a Sunday night at 8pm!More

This restaurant had been recommended to us by our airbnb hosts and it did not disappoint!! Appetizers and main courses were wonderful and their wines were excellent and not overly priced. We shared two appetizers for two couples and each got a main course. I...had their Angus entrecôte and it was larger than advertised and very, very tender. The service was incredibly friendly and helpful for non-Spanish speakers. We were each offered an after dinner liquor on the house which was a fine touch to a truly wonderful dining experience. Would absolutely go back again. One word of advice to those taking a taxi or Uber to the restaurant. They will leave you a block and a half from the address. It was well lit where we were dropped off and on our short walk to get there, but beyond was a bit sketchy so watch your belongings. Did not detract and it's a short walk after dinner to a main thoroughfare to fine a cab home.More

I chose this restaurant based on TripAdvisor's reviews and I don't regret it! The food was delicious, especially Beef sirloin tataki, and Iberian ribs. Ravioli with foie was also fantastic. The service was quick and friendly. I strongly recommend this place!

The food here was a taste sensation. The staff were friendly and informative. Great atmosphere and an amazing meal.

Spain has a great culinary culture. You can find fine dining quality food at a great price. Cera 23, along with its sister restaurants Arume and Gran Viana, are great example of that. We were a group of six and got to sample many dishes...on the menu at Cera 23. All were excellent. The stars were the beef tartar and the oysters with the very refreshing herb flavor sauce. Every bite was delicious. Owner Reuben and staff were so friendly and showed us the kitchen. Hats off to the chefs who turned out such quality food at a fast pace from a small kitchen. I highly recommend. You will have a delicious time. Remember to make reservationMore

Went there last week with young family.(2 babies under 2) It was an incredible experience Let’s start by the food. Very very good, the best experience we had in Spain during this trip. You need to try the ceraviche The wine list…. What can I...say? Not only it was a long and diverse wine list but Spain focused and with good prices. Choices abound. Spain makes great wines and this list makes sure to highlight it And the service, we were very well treated. We had a private room upstairs and had help with the stairs for the crib. Very attentive servers. Specially Marci(sorry if butchered his name) You need to make the detour. Barcelona is a great destination and has special places, this is one of themMore

Absolutely incredible food. Wonderful ambience. Service was excellent. Thank you so much. Highly recommend this wonderful restaurant.

Amazing ambient restaurant! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, as a solo traveler made me feel comfortable :) Food was a 10/10 especially the tar tar, I would definitely go again if I am ever back in Barcelona!

10/10 food, thank you! This may have been the best food of the trip and we had some spectacular dinner experiences. The beef tartar was the best I've ever had. The drinks were amazing, the mezcalero was perfectly smoky and spicy, and the blackberry mojito...was perfect. Friendly service, cute ambiance, small so definitely make a reservation ahead of time.More

Good food , nice cocktails , very nice Service from Mr Marsi , delicious salads and rice , deserts fantastic , we come bach

We went to the place with high expectations due to the excellent reviews on TA. It has a few things going for it. The service was quick and friendly. The atmosphere is nice. And prices are not too high. Unfortunately the food is where Cera...23 doesn't impress. My Nigiri with Iberian porc were very strange. They had a very dominant vinegar taste that overshadowed the whole dish. The beef cheeks were not soft and juicy, but very dry (probably reheated) and the sauce was very bitter. So both dishes just didn't taste well. As I needed something sweet to cleanse my palate from the sour and bitter taste, I ordered a dessert, which in all fairness was very nice. I'm not sure whether they just had a bad day. But based on what ended up on my plate, Cera 23 can not be recommended.More

A wonderful local dining experience a little off the beaten path. Food and service was amazing. Beautiful setting for a romantic dinner.
