This restaurant is a place that you should visit for the experience of your lifetime. The view of the city of Barcelona is marvelous. Service is great. We ordered the "lubina a la sal", European bass, big enough plate for two. Another friend ordered the "rodaballo", flounder. For dessert, we had the cheesecake, brazo gitano and the massini. All the... More

Everything was just perfect on a lovely sunny September day for a memorable lunch. The food was just superb, the fish tasted like it had just come of the sea. Add to this the superb view of lovely Barcelona it just felt like pure indulgence!

If you come here, make sure to sit on the terrace. It offers you a gorgeous view of the city center. Since such views come at a premium, expect to pay a significant amount for the food (20-40 EUR for a main course). We tried the tapas and the seafood, which was very fresh and well cooked.

Amazing view! Nice place but over priced! Service pretends to be high level but it is average. Too expensive although the view is amazing! You can see the whole city!

I was having dinner with my girlfriend in this restaurant. The service is amazing and the staff very friendly. Very good wine vatiation and fresh food. A very romantic view to enjoy. Next time when I visit Barcelona, I have to come again with her there to eat such good fish as I have the last time.

I was visiting Parc de Montjuic and on my way down from the top of the hill I found this restaurant. It looked cozy but when you enter the view of Barcelona is amazing. The day I went there, there was a wedding so it was more fun watching the wedding party. I had pork rib and sausage stew with... More

This is an attractive place and you get a lot of food for your 29 euros in the set menu at lunch! The atmosphere was more luxurious than the food but the location still makes this special.

I really enjoyed this restaurant. I love the ambience of the place all be it it was solely used by us. I had lamb for main and was very nice indeed. The starters were tapas style and they kept coming. Service was excellent given how busy it was and the revolving floor is great to see the lovely views ...... More

Staying in Montjuic

Neighborhood Profile
Montjuic
Beyond the four columns standing guard at the Plaça Espanya, beyond even the extravagant and colorful fountains guiding your way up the boulevard, stands the impressive and towering structure of the Palau Nacional, the national museum. At this very spot in front of the cascades of the central fountain, Freddie Mercury and Montserrat Caballe gave the performance of their lifetimes to welcome the 1992 Olympic Games to this magnificent city. And true to its anticipation, the games transformed the city, reimagining the mountain of Montjuic with the development of an arena, stadium, and many other sporting facilities that are open to visitors year-round. Surrounding the adjacent side of the plaza are well-established hotels catering to business guests and a shopping mall transformed out of a historic bullfighting arena.
