Granja Dulcinea takes me back in time and space. It takes me away from the super touristy Barrio Gotic. It feels like a place the Catalans go for a cup of hot chocolate, just like their parents and grandparents did. It does not hurt that their Hot Chocolate has the right amount of bitterness to balance the churros that reach... More

Very nice, vintage looking cafe. Small and quiet. The service was very good. Churros with chocolate - delicious :) A good place to stop for a break while visiting Barrio Gótico.

One of the best cafeterias in the city. Nice, cousy, old looking cafe with superior service and good atmosphere. Not so crowdy and really worth to visit it! :)

I love wondering through the streets of Barcelona, and one of the best parts is stopping off for a strong coffee and a sweet treat to refuel. Dulcinea has a lovely authentic Catalan feel to it, like stepping back in time a little bit. A good amount of locals seem to be regular there too. It is a little tough... More

Perhaps it was a bad day but the chocolate and churros were cold. Sincerely there are places with better food but the place is very nice.

A really nice place to visit for churros and chocolate. A little tricky to find but certainly well worth the effort. The Dulcinea is an old fashioned good value place to stop for churros. Very, very busy when we were there but the waiting staff are quick and efficient. A proper 'bit' of Barcelona.

This gorgeous cafe with beautiful tiles and old wood create such a wonderful place to sit and have a coffee and drinking chocolate in the heart of Barcelona's Gothic Quarter. The service was wonderful. They were so sweet to our daughters and brought them extra ice cream. I would love to visit this cafe again.

We came here at quarter past 9 on a Sunday morning for churros (they open at 9). The the churros were warm and extremely fresh and 1 portion consisted of 4 churros which was excellent value. An older couple came in (I think they might have been the owners or special customers) during our visit and greeted everyone with "Bon... More

We called into this lovely tea/coffee shop for a quick drink. The coffee was excellent and the service was very good and friendly. Very nice surroundings much like an old English Tea Shop. The only problem wasthey closed at 1pm but re-opne at 5pm. Shall go back there again next time.

Old wood panelling. Old style tables, chairs and artefacts. Lovely calming atmosphere. Good tea. Leaf tea. The Churros and chocolate looked and smelled amazing. Efficient and quick service. However, they close between 1 and 5pm!! This is so bizarre in a cosmopolitan city like Barcelona! I love a tea mid afternoon and a quiet retreat! I'd give them 5 stars... More
