Read reviews of this place and saw a line going out the door in the morning to get churros so wanted to visit to get the authentic good churros. Honestly the churros and chocolate is great but the chocolate I think could be better. If...I am ever in the city I would visit again because churros are excellent.More

THE BEST CHURROS I HAD, made right in front of you, very friendly staff, seems like a family business. It’s a bit small and there are no tables but you can sit by a counter against the wall.

I needed some energy during my a full day of walking and sightseeing in Barcelona and I wanted to try some "proper" churros :) I decided to give this churreria a go, since I was in the area and the reviews were good. I dreaded...being given some soggy, cold churros but they just fried, so they were hot and crispy. I chose to have them with sugar, but you also have the chocolate options. I am not an expert but I still think I can recommend them and if I go to Barcelona again I will buy them here. :) Staff is super nice which is a bonus!More

A must when visiting Barcelona! This is the go to spot for churros and chocolate. Simple menu, inexpensive, and fast service, what more can you ask for? Limited seating, but usually you don't have to wait too long. Take away option available if you don't...want to eat there.More

When a shop/cafe only sells one thing and one thing only, it’s gotta be good. And Churreria Laietana is the best we’ve tried in Barcelona. You won’t regret it.

We've been here twice within a week, each time got freshly fried churros and porra (dough fermented with yeast), with thick chocolate sauce. The hot snacks are crunchy and tasty after dunking in the hot chocolate. The small place, €1.30 price for churros, and the...friendly service confirm this is a family business serving real food. The Expresso is good too.More

Small place with friendly stuff and delicious crunchy churros. Fair price and served with big cup of cocholate. Coffee wasn't so good but we came here for churros so it's acceptable.

With the owner and his daughter making fresh churrerias visible from the street, who could walk by? This tiny shop smelled of fresh deep fried churrerias and we felt compelled to do a taste test. I have never been a fan of fried dough but...I am a fan of anything chocolate. That was good chocolate! We gobbled them down and afterwards, somehow dragged ourselves home.More
