Traditional, small place. It's pretty funny watching them make the churros. They were delicious and the chocolate they served us was delicious!

Best churros in town. It was fun watching them make the churros. Small shop and very traditional served with an option of chocolate.

After arriving from an overnight flight and dropping my luggage at my hotel, I set off to find this little gem that I had read about, looking for that quintessential Spanish churro experience. I found it here. This place does a roaring take away business...but I found a spot at the small bar to savor my hot, freshly made churros with chocolate and cafe con leche. The chocolate was not very sweet, which I had read, but it was very creamy and smooth, just not what my tastebuds were expecting. Next time, I’ll get sugar on my churros or just add some sugar to my chocolate. I’m definitely planning to return.More

The best churros I've ever eaten. The churros and the chocolate were fresh, too. The dough is a little bit salty (just fine perfectly); not oily, the churros was sprinkled with sugar. The chocolate is delicious. Not sweet, hot, and creamy. There are a lot...of people in the place so maybe you need to stand in the line, and the place is tiny. so probably you can't eat your churros inside, but you can takeaway. Mandatory place if you are in the Gothic Quarter. Recommended! Yummmy!!More

Short wait to get inside but well worth it - the chocolate and the churros were superb! Perfect on a cooler, drizzly day. We ordered “sin azucar” - without sugar - and found the churros and chocolate were sweet enough together.

Really tasty hot and fresh churros and chocolate! The chocolate is creamy and not too sweet. They give a large cup of it, so I was eating with a spoon when the churros ran out. I should have gotten some porras to dunk too. We...went early in the morning, so it wasn't busy yet. Another couple ordered the same thing right after us - they thought their order was given to us because we got a hot chocolate and they got an order of churros. Not sure why we weren't given both chocolate and churros at the same time, but we got the balance right after so it made no difference.More

The churros and hot chocolate are sooooo yummy. Little gem. Take it to go or eat in the bar. Highly recommend for a quick sweet bite.

Coffee, churros with chocolate were great. Chocolate was a good consistency and not too sweet. Churros were made fresh, not oily at all. It is a small cafe that is easy to miss walking by, especially with street construction present. They have few seats available...or you can takeaway. Not a place to hang around too long. Seems like a family run business with good prices and you can see the churros being freshly made.More

I tried churros somewhere near Sagrada Familia, they only heated up the churros plus the chocolate wasn't very nice. I thought this is what proper churros taste like. Luckily, I found Churreria Laietana on TripAdvisor!! They make fresh churros there,it's so tasty and the chocolate is...absolutely delicious!!!!More

I went twice the same week, once alone and the second time with my wife and our grown son. Had the same thing both times: the traditional chocolate cup with churros. Once i tried the churros without sugar the next i had it with. Small..., simple, down to earth family run shop that can attract cues on certain times/days because sitting area is limited. Recommended.More

Blink and you’ll miss it. Small churros shop run but what seems like a family who have been there for years. Churros with chocolate - €3.80.six sticks of freshly made churros (watched the owner churn them out) with a cup of thick Italian style chocolate....Somehow the chocolate wasn’t seeet at all and the churros not oily. Delicious!!!More

This is a brilliant little spot. It feels as though the decor has not been upgraded for many years, but crucially the churros were absolutely fantastic and very reasonable priced (EUR 4). The chocolate sauce served with them was incredibly thick and rich and there...was plenty left to drink as a decadent hot chocolate after finishing the churros.More
