It's a good walk from Placa de Espanya, along Gran Via and down La Ramblas to here, but worth it! Last time I visited here was a few months ago and remember how good the food can be. Today's long walk was rewarded with a...very good pint of Guinness and for my evening meal a steak, kidney and Guinness pie (see photo). For my meal, the Guinness, a coke, Sunday roast beef dinner and a glass of merlot the bill came to 34.30 euros. An additional 4 euros tipMore

The right place with the proper atmosphere to have a few beers with friends and watch a game. There was a reasanobly safe distance between tables. I would go back

Just returned from a trip to Barcelona . Came across Flahertys Irish bar just off the Ramblas. It was busy with people eating and drinking but we where greeted by the manager Chloe who was so friendly and sat us at a table with sunshine...and shade . She asked us if we’re eating and drinking, a quick look around at the other tables and we said definitely both. We were served with a super cold and fizzy pint of Carling lager. The food came quickly and was fantastic the all day breakfast was a plateful. Chloe kept our Carling glasses full all afternoon and when we left she said come back soon. So we did the following afternoon football and motor racing we’re on inside the bar and it was very busy. But we still got the friendly welcome from Chloe and her staff , the Carling was very welcoming too! . Thanks Chloe and Flahertys bar for two great afternoons.More

In Barca with a few mates & this Irish bar appeared in sight. The footie was on, so we dropped in. A great atmosphere & the decision to order food was definitely the right one. 3 Sunday roasts, a fish & chips and a chille...- all quality & the portions were huge. The service too was fantastic. Very polite service - quick & I didn't even have to delve into my pidgin Spanish. For a day out with 'the lads', this place ticked all the boxes. Recommended.More

I could smell the old cooking fat before the Irish breakfast arrived. The food and plate was swimming in fat. I thought greasy spoon cafes were a thing of the past? My wife and I had one bite of the sausage to confirm what our...eyes told us when the food arrived. The so called butter was like something out of Homer Simpson’s factory. Please don’t waste your time and money visiting this place. Can’t think of a time that I have ever been presented with a meal and not be able to touch it!More

Hi HonestMan999, We think this is a very unfair review, and very extreme opinion. We would have loved you to speak to our staff while you were in the venue, it's such a shame that you resorted to commenting on Tripadvisor so extremely, instead of...More

Good service and great food when we are here on the last Sunday in February and the following Friday. On my first visit I enjoyed the Ploughman's toasted sandwich with triple cooked chips. The chips were very tasty and included salt seasoning. My partner had...the Steak and Guinness Pie; very good. The second visit was for a quick drink. The staff seem to get on well with each other creating a good vibe. A bar I would certainly work for 👍 If I could change one thing: a little Irish music now and againMore

Great place in Barcelona, on Las Ramblas Street. Great atmosphere, good food, great value for money, happy hours and great service. You should try the nachos with guacamole and the apple crumble 😍 The beers are also very good.
