We were there as a larger group - prefixed dinner with wine. Super service - competent and very professional service. Nice location - if you are a wine lover you have to visit this place.

Service was ok, wine was good, but the food was average. We were excited to go to our first Michelin star restaurant, but after this experience we will be happy with spending half the amount we did on an authentic local restaurant. We were seated near the glassed wall next to the kitchen so we were able to watch the... More

Amazingly good restaurant, with a wine list beyond belief. I had such a good experience there, I went back a second time. All the dishes were amazing - superb produce and flavours of great intensity. Extremely helpful sommelier, who could be trusted with sound reliable advice. The wine writer Jancis Robinson said one should spend as much of one's life... More

Had dinner for two. Food was good, but not more than that. But the winelist is amazing. So much to try, from all over the world. We started with upper level Gramona cava and stayed with Spanish wines. The maitre d'hotel was French and she was an old school pro, just spot on! The room is airy, big and welcoming.... More

I had checked this one out in the Lonely Planet book before visiting and we weren't disappointed. The enthusiasm and knowledge of the staff was uplifting and relaxing at the same time. The restaurant was lovely and made for a lovely evening on our last couple of days in Spain. Would highly recommend!

Perfect place to round off weekend visit. Attention to detail, good service and fantastic food and wine in special setting outside. Nice touches to mark this as a birthday dinner.

I've been here a few times, both for wine and food. You just can't beat the wine list. Nothing more to say about that. The food is good though the main portions are quite small. I was disappointed with the wines that the sommelier recommend for us. I won't blame him for that but it did detract from the overall... More

You may find better snacks and tapas in Barcelona, but this place offers huge selection of wines served by glass. Sommeliers are so qualified and happy to share stories about wines you are about to order. You will enjoy an atmosphere there

We sat outside by a water feature and lots of greenery and it was just lovely. The wine and food were very good, we went for the set menu and it would have got 5 stars however one course let it down. It was a fish course and it just wasn't right- however I can't remember what it was. The... More

The restaurant is unassuming from the outside but as soon as you enter, the decor and look of the restaurant is amazing and has a great ambiance. There is both a bar and a restaurant, which is located at the back of the premises in front of their terrace. The waiters were very helpful in explaining the philosophy of the... More

Staying in Eixample

Neighborhood Profile
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognizable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognized architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
