Amazing place! The restaurant looks like a common fishshop, you get into it and you can see lots of fresh fishes and shells! You can choose whatever you want and the way you want to cook it. Then you move to the bar where you can get different sauces (the 'salsa casera' is amazing), bread, salad and drinks. I got... More

Went to see what the "hype" was but it was fairly average. Ordered scampi, and it was not fresh at all as I felt i was eating rubber. The price is nothing special. Can get better seafood elsewhere around the world. Have fun queuing!

Choose your seafood and tell them how you want it to be prepared. This place is usually crowded so I will advise you to have an idea of your dishes first before it reaches your turn. The staffs are not the most patient people. Other than that, the food is good and fresh! I like how everyone can enjoy their... More

In this restaurant, you choose the seafood and fish you want to eat ask them either to grill or fry it and then you are called to the hatch as your order is prepared. Speaking hardly any Spanish it took me a while to grasp this but the staff were patient. I found it hard to judge how much food... More

I went there with my wife, we wait at the door and the employee was not nice not only with us but with all the costumers. So we thought if there is a lot of people waiting must be good. NO We start choosing the food we wanted to eat and the advice from the server was to take more... More

If you want a fresh seafood meal in Barcelona then La Paradeta is the place to go. Tucked in a small street just up from La Saglia Familia, this canteen-style restaurant provides a great range of fresh seafood. The format: you queue like in a fish shop and choose the fish and seefood you want (tuna for one person, king... More

If you love seafood, I recommend this place. You can choose fresh products, and they cook it the way you like. The interior is nothing fancy but the food is fresh and delicious. I ended up ordering more an more.

The whole idea of this restaurant is fantastic; the system, the presentation and the area. I would advise that you arrive thirty minutes before the scheduled opening time as I did, this should ensure that you are first to arrive. The queue builds up ridiculously fast and is almost 50m long by opening, this would leave you waiting for a... More

I use to go to La Paradeta everytime I have any friend visiting me in Barcelona, I've never received any complain about it. Of course, some times it is a bit crowded and hard to get a good place. But after having "Chipirones", "Sepia a la plancha", "Sonsos", "Mejoilones (as you like them)", "Pulpitos" and a bottle of "Vino turbio"... More
