Good service, pretty interior. Made the mistake of ordering a sea food paella which had a total of two prawns, three clams and two langostines (a portion for two). The starters (calamares, pan con tomate, patatas bravas) were average.

We had a lovely dinner here with 4 adults and 4 children ( who were seated on a seperate table, ages 10-12). The children ordered sea snails for entree and enjoyed them. They had the hamburgers and salmon for main which looked great. Our tapas selections were all lovely. I ordered the salt cod with chickpeas for main, it was... More

We walked about the Born district about 1.5 times before finding this place tucked in a corner. None of the places we had seen on the way looked that great or that different, and we were starting to lose heart. So glad we found this. The anchovies on tomato bread, the sautéed chickpeas and the roasted vegetables with goat cheese... More

Good location in a nice neighborhood. The staff is nice. I've ordered a beer they didn't have so they gave me another one more expensive for the same price. The food is classic but good.

In a sunny afternoon, the staff may not let you stay outside by saying the tables are only for guest who will have lunch. In an unfriendly way and at 17:00. But dont worry, the quartier has many places to have a nice afternoon drink.

Starting from the service: we were being pushed in selecting something we did not want and got to keep our selections with a struggle. We were cold but we're not let inside even though there was room. They wanted to keep us at the front of the restaurant to pull more people in. The food was below average. I visited... More

Dear Gaabriel K, Thank you for posting a critique on Tripadvisor, all feedback is much appreciated and helps us to improve. We would never push any of our customers to choose any selection of dishes and can only apologise if this was the impression gained. We would never prevent a customer from moving from the terrace inside if asked, these... More

Nice and tasty seafood paella and we would return. However, if I'm being picky, could have done with some more fish in it.

We each ordered the ceviche. It was served in tigers milk. Such a fresh acidic flavor. We shared a yummy spinach salad. We'd had plenty to eat but the desserts sounded amazing. We didn't resist. We didn't regret it either. The most smooth and delicious chocolate fondant with creme anglaise. For me, a chocolate hazelnut brownie floating in creme anglaise... More

We looked for good tapas and saw recommendations that their tapas is top notch, hence, went there to eat. We had a few tapas, drank sangria, not the traditional one but created by the restaurant, it's very very good and refreshing. We also tried parella without much expectation, it turned out to be the best parella we had in this... More

Neighborhood Profile
El Born / La Ribera
The labyrinth that is El Born becomes most apparent the moment you turn down one of its side streets. But this is one of the few labyrinths you might actually enjoy losing your way in. After all, there are few places that live and breathe such exciting energy regardless of the time of day. This neighborhood seamlessly transcends the old and new parts of the city, reflected in its vast array of restaurants ranging from fancy Michelin-star establishments to trendy fusion restaurants. Here you'll find historical and cultural attractions such as the popular Picasso Museum and the Gothic cathedral La Santa Maria del Mar, where you just might be able to catch a traditional Catalan wedding.
