Yummy, varied, delicious, cheap. I challenge you to get past these "snacks" and look for a "real meal". Especially as staff are friendly and restaurant central and had a pleasant ambience.

We went here for a full meal, but there were all the options of lots of pintxos to choose from! There are lots on show to see and they regularly bring freshly made pintxos to your table (they were so delicious that we even had a couple, despite the fact that we were eating a main course!) They are a... More

Orio is an ideal venue to introduce children to Tapas. The service is excellent and the waiting staff are only too pleased to explain the mirriad of options available. A historic building in a great location, close but not too close to La Ramblas and with clean modern facilities.

It doesnt matter how good the food and atmoshere is - the service has to be great too - here we had all three. attentive service - we felt very special, excellent food and a really great environment. we sat outside to be a bit quieter and relaxed and it was perfect - you could see the busy inside and... We were just having a walk around the barrio gotic when we stopped at Orio's. The general principle is you have whichever tapas you want, each has a toothpick, and they count the number of toothpicks to edit the bill - tapas are all 1.99€, there are so many different styles, all delicate and tasty. You can either pick what... More

Located near Barcelona's townhall, in one of the most centric streets in the city. Great place for a quite bite or drink with friends when taking a break from walking around the city. The place's interior is impecable, high chairs and counter seats too. They have a space downstairs for mid-size groups if you look for more privacy. Pintxos are... More

This was a real hit with my family and I. There was a great choice of tapas and wonderfully cooked main courses. Would definitely recommend.

Visited orio on many occasions. Love the variety of tapas. Love the seating - sitting at benches high up. And the decor is great. Good choice of beer and wine. Just be careful how many picks you collect as they add up and you pay per pick at the end so you can be surprised! Highly recommended.
