Make a reservation on the bar. The chef makes the rolls in front of you. The best option is the gastronomic menu. The flavors are excellent.

I went to Koy Shunka with high expectations. We didn't want to eat the big tasting menu and decided to go for the a la carte menu. The menu was explained very well by our waiter and he helped us making a selection, witch was very good. Here I can highlight the scallop and red prawns in tempura witch was... More

One of the best meals I've ever had and the highlight of my trip to Barcelona. Definitely make sure to sit at the bar. It's incredible watching all the work that goes into every dish. The chefs who prepare your dishes also present them to you and describe the dishes. Everything was really delicious and original. Just a great experience... More

I would not compare it with zuma london or nobu hongkong, but it is coming close to them. in barcelona we have tried most japanese, and according to our humble opinion this is the best there is,which does not mean you should not go here...GO ! it is really good,go for the tasting menu.

Our expectations were high but unfortunately the restaurant couldn't fulfill them. The ingredients are very fresh, the service is good, the open kitchen a surplus but we personally didn't find it as good as described. Price is also too high for the experience offered.

This was a very nice experience imo.. The service was accurate and the food was very good. Even the Toro tuna is compareble with my visit to Japan. I will revisit when I'm back in Barcelona.

I ate here twice my last visit to Barcelona and loved it both times. I had the tasting menu both times and got the high table in the center of the restaurant. From there, you have an excellent view of the food preparation and it was excellent people watching as well. Totally deserves its positive Michelin review.

Definitely loved! Japanese cuisine has always been one of my faves, especially after visiting Japan. We took the gastro menu, and the courses kept coming. Feeling full, had to take a bite and leave the rest of some of the courses, so that we can taste all of them. We regretted doing so the very next day tho. Each course... More
