This is an amazing little corner of Barcelona. We travel a lot in Europe and I love finding authentic food in real places. Onofre is one of these places! The tapas are amazing, the owners local, and the wine list is superb.

This is a cozy on up place. The seats along the wall in the bar area or the intimate tables in the back. Food is first rate and prices are extremely reasonable for a city that can get pricey. Wine selection is well-chosen and again,...More
Nothing special, went to Onofre due to the High Reviews. Let's just say that some slices of Jamon and a dish of Shrimps on Garlic don't make it any diferent from hundreds of other places in the surrounding area.
With its iconic, old-Europe streets and alleys, this picturesque neighborhood is the very heart of Barcelona. It blends historic artifacts from its days under Roman dominion up through the Spanish Civil War with a vibrant modern-day culture of artisan shops and authentic culinary experiences. Avid explorers will be thrilled to discover quaint terraces and plazas brought to life by the many small bars and local
musicians lasting late into the night. Fashionistas will be drawn to Portal de L’Angel, which is lined with well-known brand names and smaller boutique stands.
