We have found this tapas bar on the site timeout. They have very good ones, alot better then the average that you will find in the city. And also alot cheaper :-) Personel is also very friendly.

On the recommendation of our hotel we went to this restaurant for a "late" dinner. 9:00pm is not late for Spaniards. We just had 5 tapas, from seafood to spicy potatoes, to tomato. Read. Overall it was ok but I must point out this restaurant...More
Excellent quality specially the sandwiches morning and lunch also a good selection of dishes typically from here at very good prices, friendly service, nice terrace space I highly recommended.
Nice vermouth to go along with the olives and marinated red peppers. The meat counter looked attractive and yummy. Ok service. Nice decor with lots of old photographs. Winding staircase to the balcony and two more sitting areas. Clean toilets.
I have come several times during four years and it never failed. It is a good tapas restaurant with good frite tapas as well. Service is good and price not too high.
A too old fashioned tapas bar serving a limited range of food in an unappealing ambiance. Overly patronized at night like many others establishments in the area. The staff is unfriendly and looks unprofessional in handling food and drinks. Why did I go to this place?...More

We met friends here for an evening of tapas and wine. The Spanish ham and cheese plate and calamari fritti were most memorable. Good selection of wine and beers, great tapas list, good service. Definitely recommend Jabali de Ronda.
Have eaten here many times, the waiters have a special type of humour which might be mistaken for unfriendliness but in reality they are cool and helpful. The tapas are pricey but good and the wines are excellent. Might go again this evening!
