Set just behind the Santa Maria del Mar church in the Born, this is a small, slightly hidden gem. The inside is charming, with a mix of Art Nouveau design and quirky touches like the cutlery lampshades. The food is very good. The portion sizes...More

We really enjoyed the menu del dia lunch special with our family of four. With three of us needing to eat gluten free, we were pleased with the gluten free options and all of our food was tasty. My husband and I particularly liked our...More

3 course meal with wine for less than €20, can’t complain at that. A very quaint little restaurant that was recommended by our tour guide and the nicest lemon sorbet I’ve had in a while.

My sister and I went to Petra in late September, as we happened to walk by when we were in the area. We had gone to a lot of tapas restaurants at that point & were looking for something a bit different and they seemed...More

This restaurant is well hidden between the narrow streets of El Born. It has an authentic and original feel to it. All the food was made with fresh ingredients and the dishes were all thought down to the T. Would definitely recommend.

Fed up with Tapas? This restaurant served an exquisite selection of tasty and beautifully presented dishes of 'proper' food at a reasonable price. Easily the best we tasted on our visit in the spring. Open for lunches and evening (8.30pm+) meals only, you'll not easily...More

One of these restaurants in Gotic where you can have a short menu with gourmet food at an affordable price. Nice atmosphere and fast service.

The menu is not huge, but the food is top quality. Everything we ate was absolutely delicious. The place gets busy, so a reservation for a table at night is probably wise. The staff spoke good English and were very nice and kind of "low...More

Great little traditional style restaurant that was recommended to me by a colleague who hails from Barca. Limited menu but food was excellent and service good. Quality over quantity here which is no bad thing. Quality for price far better than most I have come...More

El Born / La Ribera
The labyrinth that is El Born becomes most apparent
the moment you turn down one of its side streets. But
this is one of the few labyrinths you might actually
enjoy losing your way in. After all, there are few
places that live and breathe such exciting energy
regardless of the time of day. This neighborhood
seamlessly transcends the old and new parts of the
city, reflected in its vast array of restaurants
