Food is delicious, prices are a bit high but still reasonable, especially considering the location. Service was very quick and efficient but not very pleasant. I felt a bit as if we were on a conveyor belt...come in, sit down, eat and leave.

Every very good comment about this place is true! Delicious tapas, tasty gambas and nice ambiance. I came here with some friends and is definitely worth it. Better to reserve in advance. There are two waiting lists: inside and outside. Up to you. Inside is more couzy!

This is one of my go-to restaurants for tapas in Barcelona. We went here for a team dinner and really had a great time. The service was great and the tapas menu selection was great. Be sure to ask to view the daily specials as they often have great recommendations that aren't on the normal menu. Make reservations ahead of... More

The food was very good, wide selection of tapas. Try their potato bravas, and the small sandwiches. The cream Catalana was the best we tried in Barcelona.

This place was only a block from our hotel and some of our cruise critic friends recommended it so we tried. It is always very busy. Recommend you try to get a place at the bar so you can see them prepare. You can also see the vast selection of raw materials, fish, meat, etc that are used to make... More

Late hours are quite busy. Best hours 1700-2030. May be you have to wait to receive the table.. It is worth the wait. May be one of the best places for tapas in the region. Unfortunately reservation not possible.

Just off the Catalonia plaza there is a temple of tapas. You can't reserve a table, but it is worth while waiting for one. The tapas is the king here and all you need to decide is which plate to order and which booze will accompany the meal.

This is one of the best tapas places in the Passeig de Gracia region. We went here based on recommendations from a friend. Get there early if you don't want to wait in line. We arrived at 8:45PM and waited about half an hour. They have a crowded bar where you can grab a drink beforehand or if you see... More

Staying in Eixample

Neighborhood Profile
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognizable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognized architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
