Entered this venue for a light tapas meal, the staff were immediately friendly and happy to accommodate for the five of us. We decided we wanted to sit upstairs, the entire restaurant is beautifully furnished. We were immediately presented with menus and after watching the open grill kitchen decided on treating ourselves to a full lunch. Staff are friendly and... More

Well located in a busy shopping area, this is a lovely location. The food is good and the drinks are not expensive. Stopped here for a lunchtime drink and quick snack, but spent longer than we intended! still a break is a break and you should do with it what you may, particularly if you are not responsible for the... Freshly landed, we came here for a bite. Pricing OK so we came in. Food was OK but the service was prompt and attentive. Definitely a great place to people watch!

This area is a great place to be but a real tourist trap which makes finding good reasonable food without a significant tourist premium a bit of a challenge. We ate here twice, tapas was good, house White wine really nice, main course dishes lovely, we had a real mixture of things, seafood paella to entrecôte steak. Plenty of good food... More

Visited this bar restaurant on the first night and went back twice more as loved it. Good for evening meals as well as snacks and drinks. Varied menu and great selection of tapas. Seating at the bar and tables inside and also outside area which is nicely covered. Not too expensive and staff were swift and friendly

Pretty good paellas and tapas. They had a strong wi-fi connection and also great decoration. It is a great place to stop by after walking La Rambla. Remember not to order the grilled squid though. It has black spots all over and tastes very bitter.

not for away from the famous square you find this restaurant which is not a family run one - compared to smaller places - it's nicely decorated, friendly staff and good Spanish food !

Croquettes are best I've ever had! Interior is modern, air conditioned and has free wifi of excellent quality. There is a tapas bar also.

Most of the restaurants, we have visited in Barcelona, serve tasty food, but this restaurant is outstanding! Extremely delicious gourmet food and nice Urban style design make it memorable. Everything we tried was just perfect! Tapas, seafood assortment, seafood soup, paella, desert- everything was soooo delicious. Thanks to chefs and management, will be back for great food and service!

Catalan meats assortment came with cheese and was very delicious. Bread with tomato fresh and tasty. Loved the cubed beef tapas so much that we had to order an extra portion. The red curry mussels were totally delicious too - so much so that I held onto my plate and asked for some bread to finish the sauce off. Hubby's... More

Staying in Eixample

Neighborhood Profile
Passing through the glorious Plaça Catalunya, you enter the newer city district of Eixample, literally translated as “extension,” which immediately becomes recognizable by its more spacious streets and elegant atmosphere. The main artery of this sizable district, Passeig de Gracia, is lined with high-end international designer stores. Not to be outdone, the glitz and glamour of this zone is perhaps best exemplified by the comfortable and lavish five-star hotels that flank the divine and modernistic buildings from some of the world’s most recognized architects such as Gaudi and Montaner.
