Our lunchtime experience did not accord with many of the previous reviewers - the tapas selection was at best okay and the waiter chucked down the plates and drinks making it an altogether experience we'd rather forget.

This is among the first places we've been to eat in the city and I was still getting used to the tapas. Compared to the rest, I think it's overpriced for the quality and amount. Wasn't that impressed. Good service as the waiters were very amicable and gave suggestions.

Quite original tapas. Cheerful atmosphere. Attracts all generations of people. Food served, while standing at high tables.

I was attracted by good reviews and the place fully met my expectations. In fact tapas are good hot/cold dishes, suitable for a dinner, not just lunch. They have great cold tomato soup and stew of beef stomach and cheeks. Prices are reasonable and tapas portions are quite generous. Most guests are locals, mostly students. The place is really good... Good tapas, different from what you find elsewhere. Not so easy to find sitting during the busiest hours but very lively and local.

We went to Tapas 2.0 guided by the trip advisor reviews. Although in a very old building with exposed wooden beams the decor is clean, light and modern. Our very friendly waitress guided us through the Spanish menu. We had a number of delicious dishes including sardines, fried squid and a pork stew. The chocolate brownies bore no resemblance to... After an early start thought we'd enjoy late lunch after our arrival in Salamanca. Food was good although not very warm and my goat turned out to be cod?! Why should waiter have to speak English when we are in Spain anyway! What upset us was that we were charged 25€ for a bottle of local wine. Beware, ask for... More

The croquetas are delicious. They are round, breaded and fried with mashed potatoes and ham inside. They have many tapas to choose from and each was a work of art and very tasty.

A great example of Spanish chefs combining old and new recipes. You can taste amazing tapas in Tapas 2.0 bar and have lunch/dinner in Tapas 2.0 restaurant. The young, cheerful and professional service is up to the high quality standards of food and wine. I revisit every weekend I spend in Salamanca.

Agree with everyone else that the Tapas had a twist to them from traditional. To add- the additional flavored were not too far off from the norm, more of say an enhancement. One of the best things (other than the value) is that everything was cooked perfectly, served at the proper temperature & texture. The service was also a bit... More
