Solid food tapas restaurant with quite nice service! I fully praise the morcilla. Really perfect! The rest were good sound tapas.

We stopped here on our Camino, and enjoyed the wine and Tapas. The fried bacon is fantastic, and the croquettes were some of the best I've had. Great prices and great cook. Enjoyed it, and would recommend for pilgrims and locals alike. Close to the cathedral and many hotels.

After Touring Northern Spain for four 4 friends reached Burgos on a Friday night. We wanted to sit down and not stand to eat tapas. Popped my head in and was dismayed to see the place so full and standing room only. Not to worry! Seeing my concern the owner/manager waved wildly from behind the bar ( 8 m away)... More

Our husbands had already spotted the place to go and watch the Canadian F1 final at that tapas bar... We came in and joined them...it was rather slow, but then the bar got busier and busier, all locals or at least all spanish speaking people, and still they let us watch our grand prix on their one tv...all the while... This tapas bar recommended by Rick Steve's served the worst food we ate in 3 weeks traveling in northern Spain. Way too salty and over-priced to boot.

Stopped in our first night in Burgos after hiking the Camino. The croquettes were fabulous. The cook was adorable, and she came out for us to compliment her on her food, and after a flirt, we enjoyed some more wine. Good service, wine, and local favorite.

We were a group of pilgrims having dinner and tapas here. Some had small plates, others tried some portions to share and finalally some had a dinner plate. Everything tasted good and we shared some bottles of really good local red wine. Service was excellent and it was not very expensive.

Many of the eating establishments in Burgos have high stools or standing only if you are wanting tapas, and we had been turned away from some because we wanted to sit! The staff here could not have been more accomodating, we poked our noses in thinking there was no room available, they MADE ROOM. The service was prompt and friendly... More

Our group of 6 went for tapas around 8.This place was really busy but the service was very prompt. We had a bottle of local wine that we enjoyed very much. Everything we had to eat was delicious!
