it's a wonderful place, it looks like a cellar. a lot of movement, a lot of people coming in, going out. The tapas are very good allthough you need to know spanish to nowhat you are ordering since none of the waiters knows english.

This place was recommended to us. On arrival we were reluctantly shown into the restaurant it had one customer. We had a very difficult waiter who was reluctant to assist us with the menu or the wine. We shared a very pleasant fish salad followed by an expensive dish of monk fish which came with no vegatables or any accompanying... More

I was part of a large party of over 15. The staff were very accommodating and in seconds tables were pushed together and food and wine flowed easily. Try the tempura prawns and deep fried vegetables, a melt in the mouth experience. It was fiesta time but the waiting staff still seemed to cope easily with the packed taberna.

We went with a group of about 10 people - plenty of room, no worries about being loud... Waiter was nice and friendly and food was delicious! We all took the set menu, so food dishes kept coming in the center of the table so we could all share. Definitely recommended!

Mostly very good tapas. Some outstanding, some not so. Definitely need to try special tapas. For some reason they are not very prominently displayed, but the ones we tried could be served easily as appetizers in a very high quality restaurant.

I was in the mood for something traditional at the end of my trip. Good roasted meat and yummy fries. Place has a very loud frenetic feel even late at night.

We came here as the reviews were very good & the bar is in the centre & therefore easy to find. We had quite nice tapas but nothing special. The bar is very busy with a mix of families, locals & tourists. It was very expensive - we only had 2 tapas each & the bill was more than a... More

We received the suggestion of this restaurant from a young woman we asked on the street. She walked us directly to this establishment. We were on the Camino and in hopes of an authentic Spanish meal. We were not disappointed. From the pinxchos to the Rioja, to the delicious and huge salad, we had a perfectly marvelous meal. I would... More

This restaurant and Tapas bar welcomes the full range of ages and locals as well as tourists. The choice of Tapas and wine is remarkable. The restaurant does not open until 9pm but in any case we prefer to eat in the bar area as the ambiance is much of what makes this establishment so special. We always call in... More

It is no coincidence this place is called the favorite. I assure you after you eat there, it will be your favorite too. This award winning place is divided into two, a fancy restaurant and a "tapas" style bar. All the food is great from their choice of iberic ham to their award-winning pincho, but you shouldn't leave Burgos without... More
