It was a hot summer day and we had made reservations for a relax lunch at Adolfo's. After refreshing up we were shown to our table. Adolfo came and greeted us and answered, with much pride all our menu questions. We had a great lunch. The staff is very attentive and look very happy.

The food was amazing but what sets this particular place apart is not that, but the service. From the time we stepped in the door, we were treated almost as family guests. We were seated even before they actually opened and were waited upon very efficiently. A few of waiters spent quite a bit of time playing with our daughter... More

We spent some time in Spain celebrating my mom's birthday and visited Toledo for a day. I originally booked a reservation at La Orza only to arrive at a closed restaurant. A woman at the front desk of the hotel located across the street from the closed restaurant suggested we go to Adolfo's instead. A little angry that we would... More

For years this has been a regular stop on our journey , down and back, through Spain. Our menu choices invariably rested upon a 'raciones' of Iberian ham followed by a piece of first rate grilled meat. Simple as that sounds the quality and service still made it one of our favourites, and the reason for the frequent stops. And... More

We had spent five days in Gascony, where the fare tends to be oriented to duck and offal. It was a pleasure to eat in Adolfo, where the menu took into account all tastes, including vegetarian. We were three and sampled the boned cochinillo asado (roast suckilng pig) as well as the seared tuna and a fish course that I... More

The wine menu arrives with 120 pages of extremely well selected wines... only they cost at least three times their retail price. For example, a Prima from Toro, usually at 10,50 in high end wineries, appears at a whopping 32,00. In top restaurants I'd never seen it over 22,00. The list is shockingly overpriced stuff from beginning to end. Eventually... More

Everything in and about Adolfo was amazing. My wife and I had the chefs menu, which ran us about 64€ a piece. Every dish was perfectly prepared and beautiful to look at. During one course of our meal, Chef Adolfo came out and plated our dish in front of us. The waiters, who are currently in training from schools, were... More

Fine dining in Toledo Spain. We had a great evening at this restaurant. French style presentation. Excellent hands-on service. Formal dining with excellent food. If you like fine dining and are a foodie then you have to try this place.
