We stayed at the Parador de Toledo and thoroughly enjoyed their breakfast buffet and their dinner offerings. The staff in the dining room was very helpful in providing information about the food.

As we stayed on a half board basis, we were entitled to a 3 course set dinner, with 4 choice’s per course. Both my wife and I fully enjoyed the food and service and the bottle of local wine we had was very good value.
