If you go for "pinchos" this is a must. They make the pinchos JIT and you have a lot of options to choose from. I go to Santander every year, and for me it has become even a tradition going at least once per summer. The waiters are very nice always and do their best to attend the dozens of... More

The pintxos here are of exceptional quality and there's a vast assortment of them. Particularly enjoyed the morcilla options. We enjoyed some fantastic rioja with our meal at a bargain price. Our 3 euro glasses of rioja easily would have been $17 in NYC. Service is friendly and enthusiastic.

Doesn't look like much from outside but don't let that put you off. Great selection of gin and fantastic pintxos on the bar inside.

I have to say that the tapas were okay, in some cases a bit oily. Service a tad confusing. The place is okay, typical tapas bar.

A nice place for a typical pinchos lunch/dinner! Definitely worth going and returning. Just, a little bit tight and messy- we payed for a couple extra pinchos because they dont write them down when you take them.. oh well, not a big problem.

Highly recommended and a love of tapas had us looking forward to Casa Lita. No help finding a table and little help explaining the system which is go and order what you fancy from the bar, where there are no labels or explanations. Wine good, beer cold so promising start. Explaining nut and crab allergies a struggle but managed. Tried... More

We happened on this lovely bar while exploring Santander before boarding the ferry home. We tried several varieties of seafood-based tapas, all of which were superb, as was the local rose wine with which we washed it down. Delightful.

In 2003, we embarked with great enthusiasm in a gastronomic adventure. Our desire was to develop and consolidate Santander Spanish cuisine at its most traditional and popular way: "The pincho" . Reflecting the high quality of our skewers, Casa Lita has received numerous awards and various press mentions and appearances on television, both national and international.

High quality "pinchos" prepared at the moment.

Our cook, Joseba Guijarro , who in his long career has won a prestigious Michelin star , is in charge daily to buy on the market the freshest and best quality products to make "pinchos" you can taste daily in Casa Lita . All our "pinchos" come to the bar freshly made, as they are made to order , so that our customers can enjoy this form of the best Spanish gastronomy through authentic cuisine of "pincho".
