We have had so many awful meals elsewhere on the island that Cafe Gernika really stands out. As other reviewers have said the portions are not huge but everything is very tasty as is normal for 'real' tapas.

Just off the main shopping street, trapped between the old harbour and the information centre, this is a relaxing place for breakfast of lunch.
Take a table outside and enjoy the bustle of the shoppers (though for non-smokers bring a gas mask)

Lovely fresh burgers and salad.Friendly staff.Seating outside in the shade.Very reasonably priced.Off the main high street and signposted from there.And lovely cake too.
This place plays great music and has lots of outside seating from which you can watch the hustle and bustle of the capital whilst sipping a glass of wine and munching on tapas.
