We came here for a dinner 7 of us and we where very disappointed as the service is a desaster the waitresses threw with spoons on table like we where not persons. They pretend that they don't know English but when they have a problem...to fix they do. They charge for alioli and bread that we didn't ask we paid 13.3 € for 10 small slices of bread 6 olives and 2 spoons of alioli. Desserts frozen they don't even bother to take lids with expiring date off the cakes so we knew that they are not home made. 39 € for 7 prowns. Price's are very high food not as good as you expect when you pay so much for a dinner. Don't eat here for sure you will be disappointed and on top of that you'll pay two times more than other places. After we complained about the alioli bread waiter said that it's not his restaurant and he dosent care.More

That’s what it claims on the door, which is why we enthusiastically booked dinner last evening. The welcome was very pleasant, with our best efforts in four different languages, finally settling on kitchen French as the least hopeless option. Pepe the proprietor enthused about the...various dead fish caught that day, most of which looked very appetising, and the shellfish which were mostly brought in from Galicia on the Atlantic, including two poor little lobsters live in a tank, one of which was distinctly under legal size. My wife chose local prawns as a starter and a sole for main course. I, feeling adventurous, tried razor clams and scorpion fish. All pretty tasty without being wonderful. The main course was followed almost as an afterthought with a plate of uninspiring vegetables, boiled potatoes and tinned sliced beans and over cooked carrots. Very disappointing when a crisp green salad or even chips would have sufficed. However, washed down by nice glasses of fizz and Rioja (yes, I know) made us feel better. The staff were nice, the place was clean and bright, so what’s my gripe? It just was not ‘the best seafood restaurant in Mallorca’. In our limited experience I would nominate Los Arcos in Cala Ratjada for that title, but I’m sure there are many other candidates.More

First of all it was my second time at this place. Very amazing food and clean restaurant. You feel they take pride in their food and ensure quality is served. The selection of shellfish is wide and the fish is fresh. Highly recommend to anyone...and I will be back when i visit next.More

No issues with the food and in fact the best fresh fish but the older lady serving us forgot everything and we had to keep reminding her of drinks and everything else. All local customers and not too many visitors eat here.

This is very out of the way and requires making an effort to get to - it is very much worth it, away from the tourist traps and very much a local favourite. A fabulous restaurant serving the freshest of seafood. We don't speak Spanish...and only one guy spoke English but it's all very simple - point to what you want and they take care of the rest. Everything was beautifully fresh and staff incredibly friendly. We were handed a bottle of digestif at the end of our meal and invited to help ourselves. Thoroughly recommend Bonsol and we will definitely return next time we are in Palma. Get the restaurant to book you a taxi when you leave as there's no chance of picking one up nearby.More

When you enter this restaurant you are greeted and shown the menu. The menu is a display of the diverse fish and other fresh sea food they have to offer in the day you visit. So you chose your appetizer and main dish and they...prepare it all “a la plancha”, which is done in a kind of iron table/plank. I can recommend the “cigales” ( kind of lagostins or big shrimps) as well as the sole. They are served with boiled vegetables, but special is really the sea food. The lady who served our table was nice and well trained in her business. The restaurants opens for lunch at 13:00, but starts to be busy after 13:30.More

Best fish restaurant we've been to!!! I love fish and for my birthday we reserved a table at this restaurant and the waiter didn't speak English well but food was lovely and not too over priced.

We went there with kids, the service was very good. Our spanish is somewhat rusty, but some of the waiters spoke fluent english. They grill everything, and all the dishes were exceptionally perfectly cooked. And I do NOT say this lightly; it was absolutely one...of the best I’ve ever tasted. Simple, but tasty. Ingredients were fresh and full of taste. We had shrimps for starters, chose couple of different fish for main course and everything was prepared as good as is possible. One of the fish (the most tasty one actually) was local, so the waiter boned it for us. The service was very good and helpful. Do not let the location in the middle of bar/diner/etc-area fool you, this place has nothing to do with average diners in the area. Most definitely recommend this to anyone who’s in to great food.More
