Went there for a couple of Guinness and some football on the telly. The place didn't let me down. They had both 😁 The Guinness was a bit more expensive than their neighbor Three Lions, but they have better TV outside.

Food was okay but the wine was known to us and very cheap to buy a bottle, so €3.30 a glass was over priced. Charged for mayonaise. Obviously price reflected the location.

We had a lovely meal at the Shamrock. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. It was good food at a reasonable price. We sat upstairs which gave us a lovely view of the harbour.

It’s a mix of music styles - I’ve heard Irish bands there - depends on who’s on the island. But it’s always a vibrant atmosphere... and a late night every night!
