Classical restaurant that all locals love and rave about. It has been run by the family for the last 50 years and even the coca (the typical bread topped with local veggies) is the original recipe the granny used to make. I must admit the coca is absolutely delicious but the restaurant is rancid and old. It needs a renovation... More

We went to Sa Roquetta with quite a big group. Restaurant is pretty tiny, but they managed to sit us with comfort. The seafood was super-fresh and delicious. Little pink salmonetas on grill, probably on of the best fish I've ever had.

We haven't been to Sa Roqueta for years, so decided to go back. We had little green peppers (pimientos) and croquettes to start which the six of us shared and they were very tasty. We followed this with 5 of us having Sea Bass cooked in salt which is a speciality of Mallorca and other parts of the Mediterrean. It... More

Visited on recommendation and we were not disappointed. Sat outside and had the seafood paella between three of us which was just enough and was moist and delicious. The service was excellent and we would visit again if we return to Palma in future.

Suitable for business or with friends! A great place to enjoy the best local food. The paella is outstanding. Good location and great staff. It is not a cheap place but it is worth!

The atmosphere at this small restaurant is a bit outdated and might need some renovation. But if you can live with that and as my family love fish and shellfish this is a hit! I got the best grilled turbot ever and the clams where prepared as we wanted. They know what they do and everything served are fresh. A... More

Visited twice and both times booked to sit on the terrace, a must do if you can. Avoid the menu and be guided by the owner or waiters, they know what is in season and what has best taste. We had muscles (obviously) followed by a whole selection of fresh seafood and fish. Yes it's a bit pricy, but well... More

Easy to miss, Sa Roqueta is a small wood-panelled restaurant in the Portixol area, which keeps its perfect paellas under the radar, with just a small panel on the wall announcing its existence. The fish is straight out of the sea and the cooking is some of the best in the city. Their arroz marinara - shellfish in a saffron-laced... More
