I have tried countless restaurants all over the world but this was the first michelin star restaurant I´ve ever had the "pleasure" of trying so obviously I was very exited. Having lived in Vitoria a few years I had heard alot of good things about this place. When I entered the restaurant I was met by a guy who apparently... More

We'd been driving all day, wanted a nice meal, this place is posh and we were kind of scruffy looking so i felt a bit out of place going in but the staff were friendly and welcomed us nicely. They were able to deal with our dietary restrictions. The food was absolutely delicious - all courses were lovely, wine was... More

HIgh level restaurant in the center of the town, one michelin star. Service is ok, food is good and it is famous because of the excellent tartar. They make it in front of you. Good value

Well deserved 1 star michelin. From the tasting menu everything was excellent. The fried kokotxas was my least favorite dish. probably they should choose something that it is not fried for a tasting menu in a 1 michelin star restaurant, but everything else was outstanding. The cochinillo was the best one I ever had. This is what I mean from... More

My husband and I tried the lunch tasting menu and every course was super delicious and beautifully presented. The service was so incredibly friendly and helpful. We arrived 20 minutes late and they sat us downn right way without any fuss. I would highly recommend it to people and it's worth the trip out there if it's not on your... More

Of the three one-star restaurants that I ate in in the Basque country, this one was the cheapest and quite possibly the tastiest. The food looked simpler than in the other places, and the presentation was more conventional, but it was delicious. Everything was very good, from the openers to the dessert.

Great food and service here. Very good presentation. The dishes are different - ok fillet steak with foisgras is not uncommon but tuna carpaccio with truffel mayonaise was new for me. House red was very good (azadi). Took care of our gluten and dairy intollerance as well

Was staying nearby at the Hotel Silken - decided to eat here for the evening based upon previous reviews, well worth the visit! Staff were very attentive and helpful - also well prepared by having menu's in English. The menu is seasonal so seems as though it will constantly change. I had the carpaccio of tuna to start followed by... More
