Food was exceptional!! Really a huge surprise.... it's mandatory to be ther before opening hours, because it's always full. Arrive 15 minutes before and go straight to a table. The result is awesome.... excellent food and service and reasonable prices... a MUST in San Sebastián.

Oh this place is spectacular. Nestled in a quiet part of the old town, tables get full BEFORE the opening time. So make sure to come early. Our strategy: try all the small plates. We ordered 5 and everything was exceptional. The outstanding of all...the delights was the morcilla. Grilled to perfection, the morcilla becomes creamy and spreadable. The flavor contrasts with the sauces. Absolutely nothing like it. This places makes me think that the chef is a rebel: offering Michelin-quality tapas for an accessible price. One of the must try's in Donostia for sure.More

We part from the base that everything in San Sebastián is expensive. The beauty of this location is that it’s a bit hidden away so it’s slightly quieter and more comfortable than the main pintxos streets! Expensive or not, the food is always faultless!

We really enjoyed this place when we came last year - would recommend the octopus and pork belly. It’s busy and you have to stand, so avoid if that’s not your thing. Food is made to order which is a nice change from the rest...of the bars. Hope to go back one day.More

Overcrowded place which honestly doesn’t deserve it. We waited for a table outside in a line while no waiter took the time to explain how it worked while they passed at least 45 times next to all of us (also our fault, we should have...asked instead of getting in the line). Some people were so fed up that they started to seat on the ground outside the restaurant to eat on the floor. When we finally got seated (like cowboys waiting for a table to get free), we had to go to the bar to ask if someone was going to take our order like we had seen them do with previous tables and the waiter told us “after a certain time we don’t serve at tables anymore”, okaaaaaaaaaay point taken, we ordered at the counter. We went to previous pintxos places before and the ones we got served here were greasy, ultra salty and overcooked. Finally, hygiene wise it lacked discipline, we literally had to go get the cleaning product to clean the table ourselves which given the situation is not acceptable. When we entered the bar, it was so overcrowded social distancing was impossible. Maybe it was an exceptionally crowded night but given our above experience we won’t come back.More

The suckling pig was amazing and the other dishes we got were also very tasty (risotto, octopus salad and hake croquettes).

Checked this place out and found it to be full of tourists unlike many of the other places that I have visited in Old Town Everyone takin food pics That being said I ate the scallops and they were excellent All the food that I...saw looked great and all prepared per order so was a little different style to the othe pintxo bars in the area Would recommend as a good optionMore

Not quite Pintxos but more of a small tapa style meal. We have the pork, hake and octopus. All freshly cooked and really good. Word of warning- this place is really small so be prepared to share space and dig those elbows in.

We went at lunch time, but we also know that they are opened in the evenings, because we tried but it was full and couldn't get a table. Worth trying to get it.

Hi this is a casual pintxo bar and standing room only. No need for reservation. Not sure about exact opening times - they're open for lunch and closes around 2 pm. Reopens again for dinner till late.
