Quaint little restaurant next to the Aquarium and close to the old town and beach. Very friendly service despite us being a big group, and also quite quickly. The fish and seafood were excellent.

La Rampa is a quaint little Spanish bistro near the aquarium, but does not have a water view. The service was poor, but the food was quite good. Unfortunately, one of the main dishes for our table never arrived, despite being told “un momento” for...More

We took our 14 month old for lunch here. We are big seafood fans and it certainly didn’t disappoint. Highly recommend the giant prawns and hake. The staff were really attentive and friendly. Great service and simple well cooked seafood.

I dont often write reviews but this place was nothing short of excellent. We had the monkfish with local white wine and cider to drink. Easily the tastiest meal we have had in a long time. The "watery sauce" as one person described it below...More

Nice location and service but shame about the quality of fish and the way it was cooked. Clams were in a watery sauce. Calamari needed garlic or seasoning. The tuna was actually Bonito imported from Portugal. It was overcooked and tasteless. Worse than canned tuna....More

Lovely location and lovely fish. The restaurant is situated close to the sea and is beautiful. The fish is fresh and cooked extremely well. I had the prawns to start with and then shared the Turbot. Both were delicious. The service is excellent and they...More

We went around 20:00 and was glad we did as this place got very busy very quick. They had to turn some people away, you can reserve a table in advance if required. My partner and I tried octopus for starter and monkfish (shared for...More

La Rampa is located at the end of a walk along the harbor below Oldtown. Whilst they have indoor seating, we ate outside. The restaurant is simple and the prices are reasonable. The first time me we visited we were turned away as they were...More
