We booked - I would advise as even on a Tuesday evening it was packed! Very lively and bench seating upstairs - great waiter who was English so helpful for us speaking very little Spanish and no Basque! A little tucked away form old town...More

This restaurant is separated from the main food scene in San Sebastian but don't let that fool you. Food here is top-class. We went there around 6pm or 7pm and the place was empty because typical dinner time in Spain is much later. The plus...More

We've eaten here on each of the 3 nights we've been in Donostia. The service is spot on, and the food fantastic. We've had the fish soup, the Paella and the Lobster broth. Their Verdejo is a bit special too!

Food was ok, avoid the 2 grilled langoustes because you’ll go hungry. For the rest all ok, correct value for money. Service very good and legt the restaurant satisfied.

We saw the restaurant in a guide - recommended for fish and traditional food. All I can say is they must have paid for the recommendation or it was very out of date. The waitress was rude and unhelpful from the very start and the...More

Myself and my sister were abruptly refused a table with no explanation. Two groups walked in as we were leaving and were seated immediately with no reservation.

what you say is a lie. in summer almost every day we have complete with reservations. the groups that came were reserve. I think it does not make any sense not to offer a table if we have when we live from that.
