This restaurant is well located and serves surprisingly very well food. It is a very good option to the pintxos you get everywhere in town. Make sure you reserved a table upfront. We had three course meals. Each course has a selection of four to six options we could select from. We had mainly fish and seafood which was fresh... More

Ni Neu was recommended to me by 2 colleagues who exclaimed at the excellent value for money and I'm pleased to say, it fully lived up to my expectations. The tasting menu with the addition of wine pairing equated to around £50pp which is exceptional value for money. The restaurant is situated near the river and the sea and offers... More

Great overall. We were there for an anniversary lunch, twelve of us with kids. Very efficient service. Entrants, main course and dessert chosen all at once, reduces time between courses a lot. Food was great. Period. The desserts excelent.

We rarely return to a restaurant twice during a trip but we broke our rule on this occasion and were pleased we did. On both occasions (dinner each time) we thought the quality of the food very good, the portions generous and the value - 29.50eu for the menu including bread water and wine - excellent! On the first occasion... More

We arrived early to enjoy a couple of drinks outside before dinner. We went inside at 8pm - taken back outside by the waiter despite saying we had reservations. Left it another 30 mins and went back in, confusion over, we were eventually taken to a table. Food was exquisite - but had to remind them they needed to put... More

We booked a table in advance for a birthday meal whilst on holiday. We were welcomed with smiles and although there were some language barriers, nothing that couldn't be overcome with a laugh and pigeon-Spanish from us :) The menu was fabulous and we could not get over the low cost of the menu vs the quality of the food... Loved the food here - the best we're eaten in the basque region. Every course was fantastic. Service was not the best, but we left a big tip anyway as the food was so enjoyable and the staff were friendly. €28.50 each for 3 courses, including a bottle of wine and petit fours to finish. Highly recommended!

On a fabulous trip to San Sebastián recently we book this restaurant as the photos on their website looked amazing. The food was nothing like this. A gross misreprestation. Good staff, ordinary atmosphere and ordinary food.

Like the titles says, the food is great. Michelin star worthy. But everything else is disappointing: the ligthing way too bright, taking the plates when people are still eating a course, the wine pairing consequently forgotten and the last dessert wine just omitted because the homemade wine was finished.
