We booked a table at Ni Neu a couple of weeks in advance based on existing TA reviews, and made a reservation for 8:00 on the Friday that we'd be in San Sebastian. Upon arrival, no member of staff looked particularly keen to greet us, however we were shown to a table fairly promptly. The restaurant is in a lovely... More

I went to Ni Neu with high expectations based on the TripAdvisor recommendation and was sad to have lost a meal at this place. This place was completely mediocre. Yes it is a fine amount of food and wine for a good price, but it is not great food nor great wine. In a city like San Sebastian you expect... More

We ate here in January and I must have forgotten to review it which is surprising as it was one of the best meals of our trip. The restaurant was very quiet and the staff were attentive and helpful. The set menu had plenty of choice and was amazing value at about €30pp including drinks. The food was incredible, it... More

Good, airy restaurant for lunch with views over the river. The tasting menu features lovely local food paired with local wines. All explained very well by the attentive waitresses. Excellent value for the tasting menu too, it has to be said. Star of the wine list was the in-house produced Hibiscus pudding wine.

The tasting menu is a bargain at €42 and includes a bottle of wine per person. The tuna tartar is amazing as is the lamb dish and the french toast. The service are at times a bit incosistent, e.g. we were served the second dessert well before we finished the first. Will return.

We had the delicious set lunch. Every dish was excellent and it was a very good value for gourmet food. Service was also excellent.

The food here is the best value for money we have ever had! We had the set menu which included a tuna tartare starter, really cool tomato and squid ink entree, lovely fish dish, really wonderful lamb dish - the lamb was cooked so wonderfully - it was so soft! Plus then two puddings. And to add we had the... More

This restaurant is well located and serves surprisingly very well food. It is a very good option to the pintxos you get everywhere in town. Make sure you reserved a table upfront. We had three course meals. Each course has a selection of four to six options we could select from. We had mainly fish and seafood which was fresh... More
