We went dining at La Vina (Open 7:30 - 10:30 pm), a crowded restaurant in the Old Quarter of San Sebastián, famous for its cheesecake: The cake was without biscuit base, and just slightly burned on top. The cake was creamy and smooth. This Basque...Cheesecake, was created in 1990 by chef Santiago Rivera of La Viña in San Sebastián, Spain.
