The food was excellent, the place very cozy and comfortable. The waiter very friendly and helpful. A great place to enjoy Asturian food.

This is a small restaurant in the old town section near the Cathedral. There are about 8 tables and one server, who worked hard and was extremely nice and helpful. English menus are available. An atmospheric restaurant in the old town of Oviedo. The waiter explained (in reasonable English) what all of the dishes on the menu contained as most of them I had never heard of. Lovely atmosphere, friendly helpful proprietor. We had multi course menus (meat and mariners respectively), plus another one of us had a fabulous steak. All the food really was very tasty indeed. Overall the best meal we've had in Spain. Lovely.

It doesn't get more Asturian than this. We had the tasting menu (35 euros each) and if you are thinking of following suit wear loose pants and an elasticated jumper!
