El Fuelle is a great traditional Aragonese restaurant. You would be forgiven for thinking that the interior is a little OTT - it's certainly a feast for the eyes - but I think it adds to the atmosphere. Very good, simple food served by friendly, experienced staff. I had the weekday set lunch menu of 3 courses + wine +... More

The service was excellent and the food was very good except for the "caracoles"...which is snails / escargot. You might like them but be prepared to work very hard, and the texture is different than previous escargot we have had. The migas and mursillos was awesome....and the ham was amazing.

We read this was a good place to get some traditional Aragonian fare and we were quite happy with the result. We travel the world full time and are picky where we eat and that day we were hungry. We left full, full, full. The staff was most attentive and wanted you to be sure you enjoyed yourself, no matter... More

Straight up Aragonian food well done. Great service, good price and a fun restaurant. We went twice in 2014, also in 2015 and will be back there this fall. Aloha

El Fuelle isn't in the guide books, but is an absolute MUST to visit. It's a traditional Aragonese restaurant, and it looks like it. The staff are all old-hands and professionals, very proud of their heritage and the food. The food! It's grilled meats cooked over a wood oven. The Ternasco here is the traditional taste of Aragon - you... More

We visited early evening wanting an early night (difficult in Spain). The service was friendly and helpful, and the food just kept coming in vast, tasty amounts. Would have been better if we'd had plenty of time to enjoy. THe lemon sherbet dessert was particularly outstanding. And the place really is a museum of old artefacts - fascinating.

We found this place on Tripadvisor and wanted to try it. They told us the kitchen closed at 11 PM and we started making our way at there around 9:45 PM. We got very lost, however, on our way there so we made it at around 10:30. We had somebody from our party walk in and ask if they would... More

This restaurant serves authentic cuisine from the Aragon region of Spain. The ambiance is warm and cozy and pairs perfectly with the hearty food an wine typical of this region. If visiting El Fuelle, I highly recommend the ternasco--a must!

We had a great dinner at a good price. The waiters were very helpful and patient with us considering there were 16 of us and the restaurant was packed. Great atmosphere and fast service. Highly recommend.
