Our family enjoyed a wonderful new year's eve at the restaurant. The service was perfect, the setting elegant, and we appreciated that the kitchen prepared delicious vegan menus for three of us. There was much too much food for us to finish, and the price was high because it was new year's eve, but it was nonetheless a fantastic splurge.... More

Saturday night and only 3 covers. In a city the size of Seville that probably says it all. The menu was pretentious and the food mediocre. Service average. The only saving grace a very good wine list with good wine reasonably priced. Would certainly not go back, if it manages to stay open for much longer.

Slightly out of the way (10 minute taxi ride from old town) but absolutely worth the trip! Had the tasting menu - each course was delicious and beautiful to look at. The wine pairings were interesting - not sure I would do that again. I would rather choose a good bottle for the evening.

If you are a foodie this is your place. Though is not hard to get good tapas around Seville, this place goes beyond any expectations. It's a bit off the road but absolutely worth it. Great quality of ingredients and a perfect mix of local flavours. A foie gras that is simply to die for. Great surprise and excellent service.

Tricky one this; fantastic food in a deserted restaurant. The location is tricky, as it is a good walk outside the usual Seville restaurant areas. This meant only one other table occupied on a Thursday night, which feels odd. Lovely food, though, and a nice waiter. We had a well thought through degustation menu with local wine pairings. Dessert was... More

We searched online for an interesting Seville dinner experience and we found it with this restaurant. It is just a shame Seville's team was playing as the restaurant was completely empty! We had a pick of tables and a kitchen serving us. The staff were extremely friendly and the overall ambiance was lovely. We took the tasting plate with wine... More

Our company decided to organize some sales meetings with our European team (about 45 people) in Sevilla this year . It was my job to select the restaurants for this event ; i had to find 6 restaurants with budget of about 60 EUR/person per night (5 places for dinner and one for a lunch). My key sources of information... More

We sat down. Martinis were served. Then came the breads and olives. The meal had three appetizers, followed by seven courses, all brilliantly cooked and presented, finally there was pastry, chocolates and coffee. Wine was included. Everything was brilliant. When my son said that he would miss the course with mushrooms, something else was immediately prepared for him that was... More

We very much enjoyed our meal. We had the tasting menu, and although it was absolutely delicious, I thought it was a little heavy and felt they could have cut out at least two of the courses. The service was really good, and I think Salvador Rojo is a very talented chef. I would certainly recommend it to any foodies... More

The restaurant has a modern but chic interior but does not feel cold like some high-end restaurants do. Perfect for a romantic dinner. We orderd the 7 course tasting menu (40€) and the 7 course wine pairing (only 12€!!) and where quite impressed. Everything was of high quality, service, the food and the presentation and we will certainly return here... More

Description
Just opposite the Hotel Alfonso XIII in historical central Seville, Salvador Rojo restaurant wont fail to delight a genuine foodie. Something of a star, Salvador is one of Andalucias most inventive young chefs, having one many a prize for his tapas creativas. Formal without being fussy, this small, chic restaurant of his offers superbly reinvented Andalucian dishes like bull's tail lasagne, ham and fried baby garlic, and garlicky gazpacho. Tapas are served at the front bar. In summer, it's worth making a play for one of the tables on the small but lovely walled terrace out the back. The charming Salvador Rojo staff make diners feel special with excellent service.
