We really looked forward to this for Christmas day, and we had a great time. However, we expected more to be honest. Food was mostly outstanding until the beef - no request on how we wanted it - mine was medium to well done and my husband's was very overcooked. He expressed that he didn't like mushrooms and was promised an alternative, but that didn't arrive. Most of the waiting staff were brilliant, but it was clear that one was unhappy to be there - very surly and slammed dishes on the table! This was unpleasant. But still 4 stars from us because the food was mostly really delicious.

Enjoyed the smaller of the 2 tasting menus, a mere 7 courses at 59 euros ! We added a smoked mussel dish which was nice and would have been even better with some pasta😊 Overall a delightfully balanced meal, with knowledgeable, friendly staff advising on wine and sherry combinations. Highly recommended.

It is the second time we have tried Basque's dishes and it seems to us that the improvement has been significant. On our first visit, we rated the dishes as insubstantial because it gave the impression that there was insecurity in the offering. Now they have corrected course and offer two tasting menus at a competitive price. We chose the Labur menu and the three dishes that seemed excellent to us were the foie and lemongrass curd for its perfect balance of flavors, the egg yolk on wheat stew with a deep taste of roasted peppers and the Bilbao-style fish with a frying perfect. The dish that detracts from the menu is the smoked game, which is tasteless, and the dessert, which is trivial. One suggestion we make is to bring back the excellent cafe bacon they offered before. The table service is very attentive, professional and always attentive to the diners.

We went to Basque Eneko Christmas Eve with high expectations because of the many positive reviews. We were sent instead of in the restaurant to the breakfast room / conference room where there was no cutback on lighting. The atmosphere was cold, impersonal and not at all what you would expect from a romantic dinner (for a lot of money) on Christmas Eve. I was sitting right in the light of a spotlight and after being asked to dim the light a bit nothing happened. We also had fine enough light if they had turned off the spotlights (and then I'm talking about the whole room) There was also no Christmas decoration except for a glass with a Christmas twig in it on each table. In the corner a man with an electric organ (whose volume is much too high) So much for the “ambience” Then the food: maybe it was because of the decoration that we were already disappointed, but the food didn't make it better. First a kind of foie gras which was still tasty. But then tuna tartare in a factory shell on a plate, followed (unexpectedly) by 3 courses at a time on a plate (oyster, shell and prawn). Both the decoration of the dishes and the taste were as tasteless as the ambiance of the room. And who thinks of putting gambas on the menu during an expensive Christmas Eve dinner that you have to take out of the bowl? Meanwhile, the neighbor’s napkin had fallen to the ground without her noticing and (although many times it was walked by) that was noticed after 20 minutes by the lady I would designate as sous chef. After these courses, everyone was given a disposable change cloth. The wine was cheap (Blanco Gorka Izaguirre) from Eneko's uncle and was poured uninterested (if at all because that was a hit or miss) And we were halfway through the evening at 9:30. After 40 minutes, the next dish was brought. Fried fish that was tasty but not special and again lacked all the imagination and creativity of a good Michelin chef. Waiting for another 35 minutes and then again fish with little taste and served without any creativity. Meanwhile, a transition to red wine for the tenderloin. No high flyer here either ( Pago de Florentino) It's 11pm now and you're really only longing for the end. But who knows, the last courses might have a nice surprise in them. Then while waiting, just about the controls. Unfortunately, there is not much good to report about that either. There was little efficiency. We start by giving people 2 pieces of bread each until they see that they do not make it and then switch to 1 piece of bread. Sometimes wine is poured at a table and at the next table (also with empty glasses) is then walked away. While the plates still had to be cleared, the spoons for the next dish are already laid down by the lady who then comes to pick up the plates. All in all, it looks like a group of first-year students from a hospitality program. 11:15 and still waiting for main course and desserts. I'll stop writing. The point is: this was an evening in a restaurant where making money is considered more important than the chef wanted to ensure a perfect product.

This was our least favorite restaurant in Seville. Located inside the Radisson hotel in Magdalena Plaza, it offers a nice atmosphere and good (not great) food, but the menu selection is lacking greatly (the menu we were given is not the one we looked at on the restaurant's website before we went). First, there are two tasting menus. I noticed that everyone who gave this restaurant a good review, had ordered the tasting menu which does appear to be a fairly good value. There's one version that's 65 Euros and one that's 85. Unfortunately, many items on the tasting menu include dairy, so I had to order from the ala carte menu, which means my husband also had to order from the ala carte menu because your entire table must either order the tasting menu OR the ala carte menu (I have no idea why). Some entrees on the ala carte menu are for two people, like the pork loin, while others are barely enough for one, like the hake. Both were good, but my husband was a bit shocked when he received a huge portion of pork. Had we been told of the size differences, we would have made different choices and I would have just split it with him. The bread and olive oil are excellent, but we didn't like the two appetizers we ordered. The tuna tartlet was really fishy and so was the granita. The side dishes-- potatoes and peppers were fine, but nothing remarkable and for the price, we expected something a little more jazzed up. Everything just came across as uninspired. The most concerning part, however, was that when we received our bill, we had been charged for two glasses of wine and a bottle of wine (instead of the two glasses of wine my husband ordered and the one I ordered). We pointed out that we had been charged for a bottle instead of a glass so the server promptly went to fix it and when she returned with the new bill, the bottle had been removed but instead of adding one glass, she added two. So we sent her back to fix it again. Not sure if this was an oversight as there are multiple people who come by to help you and she really thought we'd ordered a bottle (even though there was never one on our table) or if this was an attempt to run up the bill. She seemed confused when my husband pointed out that she had added an additional glass of wine even though she had literally just gone to the register and done it herself, but regardless, it took two tries to get the bill correct (so be sure to review it before paying!). Overall, my advice would be to skip this place. There are way better options for much better prices in the area. I have no idea how this food came from a Michelin-rated chef.

A disappointment. We went to celebrate our anniversary and chose Labur Tasting Menu with Italian Pairing. We liked the food and were surprised by some flavors, but the service did not live up to a place like this. We were served 5 or 6 different waiters and had to repeat several times that we had requested pairing, because the drink was not served to us if we did not constantly claim it. We had to take the first three courses only with the initial glass of Cava. They replaced the Txacoli with white wine from Cadiz and the mini Gin Tonic with a Pedro Ximenez. They also changed some of the dishes on the menu. We try to be empathetic, enjoy and understand that menus can change. The worst of the surprises was when paying, since the website shows a price of the menu that was not what we were charged. They told us when they claimed that the website was not updated and that prices had risen, without further explanation and with a high-mindedness, generating a very unpleasant situation. We found it unforgivable that they publish on their website the two menus they have with some prices and then charge others without warning. Our menu appears today on the web at 59€ per person + 20€ from the pairing (nothing cheap), but we were charged 65€ per person from the menu + 20€ from the pairing = 170€. Reportable for misleading advertising. Nothing like this has ever happened to us. We do not recommend it and will not repeat.

I booked this restaurant for my birthday dinner and we were very disappointed. First of all the room is very noisy, there were children playing on the floor and screaming. The staff makes no effort to explain the dishes to you, the food and wine pairing happens haphazardly, and finally the dishes are very, very salty and/or sweet. We only liked the first course with foie gras and lemon. For a birthday party it was pretty bad! Subsequently we ate in restaurants that were much nicer, delicious and half the price (Le Petit Comité ***, Castizo **)

We managed to book this restaurant for dinner and were really looking forward to it, the first few moments were a portent of the evening. 20 minutes after we were seated, I went to ask at reception for a menu and to order drinks. We went for the 7 course dinner. The first course arrived after 15 minutes, not a problem, we had bread, then the gap between courses got bigger and bigger. We had to wait for 35 minutes for course 4 after course 3 and decided after two and half hours in the restaurant that we did not have the stamina to wait for courses 5,6 and 7. We paid our bill in full despite not having the last few courses and were told that the reason for the delay was because they were busy ! Our first few courses were good but cannot opine on the last three, one of the courses I ate was an egg yolk on wheat grains, it was delicious, however it came broken which ruined the artwork and didn't matter as you whisked it up anyhow but if they are aiming for the stars ?

Choice of long tasting menu. The menu itself, very balanced. Marinated by a Sheep Carriage Payment of our choice. But the service was not up to scratch. Starting with why the dishes were literally thrown on the table, without any explanation of them until we requested it, and following by an excessively long waiting time between dishes, they made our experience not as expected.

It is in the hall of a hotel and they have done very little to make it cozy. Removable decoration to leave empty if things don't work. Very uneven tasting menu. Some dishes are magnificent -egg-, others are simply acceptable -meat- and the dessert is a joke at these prices. It was cold, several people had to put on their coats for dinner, and no one paid attention or did something about it. Slow service, absurdly long wait between dishes, torture with how cold it was. Disappointment and we will not return.

We went for my husband's birthday as a gift from my daughter and I don't want to leave anything unsaid. The atmosphere of the place is very cozy, the treatment of the staff of 10, the food spectacular and the explanations leave you with your mouth open. We took the long tasting menu, and it filled us up quite a bit. They had a detail that must be highlighted. They asked us if we were going for an event and we told them it was for my husband's birthday and they had the detail of giving us a tartlet with a candle and carried by two waiters and congratulating them. It is greatly appreciated. If I know all the dishes, I couldn't say which one I liked the most, but I did say that they have a lot of top-quality products.

The kitchen is very great and would get 4.5 points. The first 6 courses were sensational. The egg was a bit too intense, the meat quality in the main course wasn't optimal for me - but it was top notch for my partner. Dessert was sensational - I would have liked a little more fleur de sel. Service was originally much too fast, the champagne was not served for a cork test but poured straight away. The glassware definitely needs improvement. The table set - a kind of espandrillo plate - had oil stains and breadcrumbs. The coat was not taken...But! our waiter was extremely friendly and tried very hard after the first courses.

A haven of indulgence and peace, of delicacy and attention to detail. We have organized several professional group dinners there and each time all the guests have been enchanted, as much by the quality of the dishes as by the care of the service, the warm welcome, the efficiency and the speed of the delivery ( I'm talking here about a four-course dinner for 75 people). The team, as a whole, is as professional as it is attentive and friendly. An address without a false note.

We arrive at 22:15 hours, for dinner, in the first instance we are attended by a girl, (after being 5 minutes expected) and asks us what we want, we tell her that dinner for three people a tasting menu, tells us that no, that the kitchen closes at 22:30 and that there is no time, that you can eat but a la carte, but that I do not worry, that she will go to ask if you can... we are attended by another girl (apparently the manager) and tells us that you can not eat either menu or a la carte, that saw. The kitchen at 10:20 p.m. (neither goes according to schedule) I don't know how the food will be in that place, but the attention is terrible and dire. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

We opted for the 7-course tasting menu with wine pairing. Let's start with the positive notes: the raw material is fresh and of excellent quality. Everything is expertly combined with the right sauces and condiments. The quantity of individual portions is just right for a menu of this scale. Let's get to the sore points: the service is terrible (as far as our experience is concerned). The explanation of the dishes - which we asked for in English - was sometimes given to us in Spanish and we had to ask to reformulate it in English. Furthermore, the staff is superficial in describing the dish (the individual raw materials/condiments are not understood) and very hasty. The cutlery/plates are literally thrown on the table and not placed carefully. My boyfriend was burned by the hot sauce that they accidentally poured on him (and not on his plate). Overall, more calm, patience and care in the service would be appreciated. Even the wine pairings were made at random, for example the red wine was poured at the time of the fish and not with the meat. Overall, the service needs to be improved!!
