It’s the perfect place to get away from the world and the noise.
In terms of catering, a superb time spent, if you like cooking at the last minute it is before your eyes that they cook with passion. Each gesture is made with great precision. The bell rings and the plates arrive one after the other, they are beautifully garnished. Lots of flavors in the dishes. A warm place with around twenty seats maximum, they will take care of you. We did not try the cocktails that evening. My only disappointment, no octopus that evening…very good value for money.

The best tasting tapas we've had in Seville, and in a city of tapas, that's a feat. Vuela is a bit pricier than other places with much longer lists of tapas in heartier portions, so if you're out to stuff yourself with decent tapas, Vuela is not your place. For exceptional tapas with beautiful presentation and an intimate atmosphere on a quiet street, then Vuela can't be beat. The crispy octopus is their signature dish.

We got a nice welcome. A new person was taught, who came across as very motivated with a lot of interest. When the boss told her that the most important thing was to offer the guests water (sometimes it could be longer at bar and so the guests had at least something to drink) we noticed that we also had no water until the end even though we had ordered it. The oysters were not available, which we were only told when we wanted to reorder them. The food was very delicious but you have to have the same taste as everything is for tea. As I said food very delicious but great potential for improvement.

Wow wow wow this was sooooo good. The interesting combinations of flavours were stunning. I ate turbot for the first time in France in Antibes and it was rubbish and I paid €45 here I tried again for the second time at €16.50 and wow I am gobsmacked it was so beautiful and done with truffle sauce and pea shoots and just cooked to perfection. The started also wowed us. I had burrata which every time I order in London it’s disappointing due to flavours not being balanced. This didn’t disappoint the chefs know what they’re doing. Honestly best meal in Seville and really kind and friendly service.

Refined dishes with an unpredictable flavour. From apparently simple dishes like Ajoblanco (smoked mackerel and lemon sorbet) you expect nothing but the authenticity and freshness of the product but what you then find yourself facing is an explosion of flavors that dance in your mouth, confusing you and leaving you breathless. I promise you guys an experience worth trying. The freshly fried cod is highly recommended. The staff were super friendly and approachable, we were near the counter and found ourselves laughing and joking with the bartender who by the way they found impeccable!! Everything is very delicious and cooked with special touches. The place is not very big but cozy, the staff is super attentive and friendly, waiting for any detail to explain to you or whatever you want. I repeat the food is the best I have had lately, not only in Seville. I must highlight because I was surprised by the salmorejo with burrata, beet salmorejo, which was exquisite. All with a sympathy and attention to highlight.

The food is just spectacular.
They recommended between 3 and 4 tapas dishes for us as a couple (we had 3 as we had a snack before and that was plenty) and each one was fantastic.
We had tuna, calamari and octopus (would throughly recommend both the calamari and octopus), however there were a range of dishes available to cater for people who aren't lovers of seafood.
The dishes generally varied from around €10 to €20 each, so maybe not somewhere for everyday eating but as a treat we would highly recommend.
It was also slightly off the main streets and felt like a "hidden gem", which we loved.

We found this delightful little restaurant quite by accident. There was a young woman who took the time to explain the menu to us, not a large selection yet had some interesting plates. We had lunch upon discovery and returned the next night for dinner. Between my husband and I and our friends we managed to try everything on the menu. The margarita's are so delicious, wasn't possible to have just one.

This is a tapas bar, but with table service. Has a local neighborhood vibe. We ordered five sharable dishes, which they brought up one at a time, as the kitchen had them ready. Very friendly service. If you want a comfortable local experience, highly recommended.

Vuela is the perfect, classic tapas spot for both full, large meals and small tapas and drinks. The variety of fish, meats, cheeses as well as cocktails, wines and beers are large and the location is central but on a smaller, quieter street. Vuela is a classic Andalusian tapas experience to make you feel at home.
