Some tourists but mainly locals. We had a few tapas. The most memorable was the honey eggplant.
Well worth the visit to have a beer and get the feel of a local bar. Very few seats make it an interesting place to meet fellow travelers.
On our previous trip to Seville we were always unable to get in this place as it is popular beyond belief.
This time we struck gold about 6pm in the evening. The lunchtime rush was over and the Spanish regulars were on their siesta.
It gives new meaning to the term “packed”. Try noon or so and make it your brunch. Or maybe 3:30 pm. Chaotic certainly the first time. Be willing to stake a spot and stand. You get jostled too much if you try the outside tables....More
Believe it or not, we had a good breakfast here! We were sent from further down the row of places who could be serving breakfast, due to a lack of electricity, and 8 of us enjoyed our tostadas and coffee surrounded by bull fighting memorabiia....More
It is a very nice placec to go to in the afternoon for a snack. Lots of very good tapas to taste. Drinks are also good and nit expensive. Light sangria is also available at this place. You must try this place.
We have been to this tapas bar on two occasions when initially recommended by the bakery down the street. The tapas bar is located in the Santa Cruz area of Seville which is a fun area to stay. The tapas bar is usually very busy...More
Do yourself a favour and pop into Bodega Santa Cruz for a beer and some tapas when you're in Sevilla! Food was fast and super tasty and the staff are hilarious. Would recommend the paella if you're struggling with all of the choices!
After a morning of touring , this busy bar dragged us in. For 8eu we had 2 small beers and 2 small tapas plates. Very rustic, but full of flavour. This is a great bar for a few drinks and small snack/meal.
