Just had a fantastic night at Los Coloniales. We got there at 10pm and it was packed. Not a problem, one of the servers told us there was space at the end of the bar, and once there we were promptly asked for our drink...order. Because it was full, I was expecting slow service. I was happily proved wrong. We were served pretty quickly and very nicely. We had the following tapas: Berenjena con Miel (fried eggplant w/ honey), Goat cheese, Jamón Ibérico, Pulpo a la brasa (grilled octopus), Patatas bravas, Croquetas de bacalao and Tortilla de camarones (shrimp fritter). Everything was delicious. I had the sangria, which was refreshing. The experience was great allover, delicious tapas and drinks. However, what I was most impressed by was how nice the servers were, especially Roberto and Edgar. Sadly, we discovered la taberna tonight and we're leaving tomorrow for Madrid, but next time in Sevilla I'm definitely stopping by.More
