My husband and I reserved a table with a view of the Alhambra to celebrate our 26th Anniversary during a trip to Europe. We were very pleasantly surprised when our table turned out to be at the top floor on a covered porch area with a fantastic view of the Alhambra. We were the only ones at that part of... More

We came to this restaurant for lunch to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The food was amazing and also excellent service from Ignaz. When we told him the reason for our visit, he offered to serve our dessert in a private balcony with an amazing view of the Alhambra

Unorganized service. We asked for 4 menus in Spanish and they brought us two in English and two in Spanish. The table clothe had cigarette holes and although we were in four they left the table set for six. There was a table next to ours which sat four, yet they insisted on placing us at the larger table. The... More

Really nice place, an old Carmen overlooking Granada and the Alhambra. We tried the taster menu which was excellent although massive (honestly, don't touch the bread!). The price included a bottle of while. Booking recommended!

Firstly to say we both had excellent food and the view from our table in the garden over to the Alhambra was beautiful. This is quite a large restaurant and there were a number of large groups there, so full marks on the quality of the food. However, the service, whilst friendly and helpful, was stretched by the number of... More

We had a lovely table with a view of the Alhambra. Having seen the fresh ingredients in the kitchen as we walked in we were surprised at how bland the food was, and the meat and fish was overcooked. Service was fine and friendly, the recommended wine was good.

Away from the centre, up at the top of the hill in the old part of Granada, in a tiny narrow cobbled street (takes a bit of finding without Google Maps!). Fabulous location with great views of the Alhambra from the terrace tables (definitely need to book a table for that), but other tables in the main garden were just... More

Very nice folks, waiters try hard. But....Clearly they have a kitchen problem and only very average Andalucian food. Sadly arrived behind a 25 person tour group. Night set for a looooong meal. Drink order came 15 minutes after seating. Wine then arrived 20 mins later. Half the service folks needed on the payroll. Appetizer arrived 90 minutes after sitting. Entree... More

I had a one-course excellent dinner here, having had plenty of tapas elsewhere. The dinner was so good, it deserves mention. It was grilled filets from the neck of Iberico pork, Spain's top quality one, in their opinion. It was served with french fries not like ours, not French, not Belgian, but lovely, really good. And the other side dish... More

i have been to the place twice. first as solo to try and second as an escort for a group. the place is more than amazing in terms of decor and authenticity. it is also more than one level as a house with different rooms. during my solo trip i didn't like a lot the food i have chosen. also... More

Description
In the Albayzín, the ancient Moorish quarter of Granada and a UNESCO’s World Heritage Site, you will find a beautiful restaurant with a spectacular view on the Alhambra. Mirador de Morayma displays an expertly cooked variety of local cuisine, as well as a wide range of wines, including the ecological wine produced in Alquería de Morayma, our country holidays estate in the region of Alpujarras. The best place to get your strength back after a promenade.
