We came across this place after first seeing it in Rick Steves as a place to get away from the typical tourist beat. If the place was full of tourists, we couldn't tell as no one spoke English. Great seafood, fresh, large portions, and very helpful and friendly waiters - lots of smiles and patience with our bad Spanish. A... More

So if you are a person who likes seafood then you will like this place. The seafood was fresh and lightly fried. The batter was light and delicate with just enough crunch. We loved the calamari and the sardines and mullet were great. The staff was knowledgeable and nice. The restaurant can be crowded around lunch time so be patient... More

The way tapas works.. you order a drink and you can either select a tapas or the kitchen will provide one for you based on the latest batch. The latter is better from what we have heard from locals. If it's a party of 3 you'll get a larger quantity of tapa than one or two people. Los Diamantes is... More

We each had a vino tinto and the tapas they brought was a huge platter of fried local fish. Amazing and highly recommended!

Great tapas place with seafood. A bit pricey but yummy food non the less. Ordered shrimp and it was very well cooked. Surprising for a volume type of place. They even gave us a small plate of fried anchovies complementary. Reccommended.

The restaurant is rather small with mostly just standing room only. We were not sure how much food we need and the staff is kind enough to stop us when we ordered too much already, which I think is nice. It seems to be a popular place with the locals too, judging from the crowd. We enjoyed the food a... More

I had read that if you just order drinks, in Granada, they would just give you free tapas. I decided to try this out at this packed place, especially at night. One drink, some fried shrimp/fritters... another drink some cold shrimp... another drink, some arroz... it was all great and gratis. The razor clams and cockles were great too. Although... More

We visited Los Diamantes as our AirBnb host mentioned this was a really good place and we were not disappointed at all! The speciality here is fried fish, although their rice/paella was actually quite nice as well. Very busy at all hours but very nice and fast staff. Would definitely visit again!

I ordered a beer and got the complimentary tapas which was delicious. I ordered a couple of things as well - be cautious, the plates are big. I wish I had known this initially, I wouldn't have ordered more than one item. It's clearly a popular place but as I said, not a place to linger. Also no outside seating... More
