We loved this place and went back a second time. Great range of ice creams- we has a berries one and pistachio. Lovely view point above to eat it!

The icecream was very good. Reasonable selection of flavours. I don't think it was worth the climb, but if you're already in the area it's a good choice.

This cute little convenience store right at the foot of Mirador San Nicholas was charming and had everything we needed for our visit. It has a great fridge stocked with every kind of beer you could possibly want as well as Vino Tinto which is...like red wine mixed with lemonade. Its an absolute favorite in Spain and was the best possible drink for the warm day while sitting on the ledge watching the sun set. The shop is primarily an ice cream shop and had some incredible flavors. I got Lavender and Jasmine and they were both absolutely incredible for anyone that likes subtly sweet refreshing flavors.More

We had just arrived in Granada and were walking around and decided to have some gelato. I had some excellent strawberry and hazelnut and husband had mango and lemon. Very warm day and it hit the spot!

Homemade icecream with a WOW factor. Whilst there are some more regular flavours- the pistachio is excellent - there are other more exotic flavours- Jasmin, hibiscus and lavender. These were just wonderful and a delightful tastebud treat ! Owner is friendly and happy which always...helps.More

I’ve only tried some but they were really good, and the fact that there are lots of uncommon flavours makes this ice-cream place worth visiting. Pistacho flavour is a must, the best I’ve ever tried. Also tried other flower flavours like Jazmin and Hibiscus, both...very tasteful and exquisite. Also the woman working there very nice! She even let us try some before deciding (I hope I don’t ruin you with that comment haha)More

This is the place to go!! We've had ice cream all over the world, and this is definitely in the top 5 for both choice and taste. Add to this the wonderful owner/craftsman, who told us how he makes up flavors and seems to really...love his creations, and you'll get an ice cream store that shouldn't be missed!More

This is just below the Mirador de San Nicolas viewpoint, down a small flight of steps. There is an ATM next to the door but it does charge €3 if you want to take out any money. I tried jasmine and hibiscus the first time...we visited (never encountered either of those flavours in ice cream before) and lavender the second. Both times, the ice cream was smooth and delicately flavoured. This place is worth the climb through the Albayzin.More

Found this little spot walking by San Nicolas with some of the best views in Granada. The place doesn’t look like much but they had a variety of delicious flavors of ice cream - and the server was very knowledgeable about gluten free. Try the...lavender ice cream if you get a chance !More

After trekking to the top of Granada there is no better experience than an ice cream whilst overlooking the beautiful Alhambra. I got my vegan mango slushie for €3 and it was amazing.

Very difficult to find even though it is close to the popular tourist attraction of Mirador de San Nicolas. We knew it was there because we could see it on trip advisor maps. Go right from the square and then down the steps and it...is a small shop at the bottom just over the narrow road. Lots of ice cream flavours. DeliciousMore

I only recently made a TripAdvisor account but could not live with myself if I didn't drop a review for Helados San Nicolas. Their ice cream is AMAZING- the best you'll find in Granada- and the owners are some of the friendliest people you will...ever meet in your life. Four years ago, my friends and I visited Granada and we got lost on our way to our Airbnb- so we went inside the closest business we could find-- Helados San Nicolas- to as for directions. The owner not only gave us directions, but he also marked up a map for us to help find our Airbnb- all without trying to push a sale towards us. Fast forward a few hours later, we came back to Helados San Nicolas to thank the kind owner who helped us, and to try some ice cream. And that ice cream was so fresh and so delicious that it blew our minds. Since this business was close to our Airbnb- we found ourselves here every single day for ice cream during our time in Granada. We learned that that the owners were French-- one used to be a fashion designer if I remember correctly, before opening an ice cream store. They also gave us tips and suggestions on what to see & do in Granada, and even offered to show us how they made ice cream early in the morning so that their customers get fresh desserts in their time in Granada. Four years and many trips in Europe later, our time at Helados San Nicolas continues to be unforgettable, and is one of my favorite memories abroad. It's all thanks to the extraordinarily kind owners and amazing, delicious ice cream they provided. I very strongly and highly recommend anyone visiting Granada to stop by Helados San Nicolas for their amazing ice cream. I know I will definitely be back when I return to Granada!More
